Just wasted half an hour waiting for an uber eat order they only care about drive thru orders customer waiting on the counter with drivers awful service
I waited more than an hour for my food.
Customer Service was truly horrible at the 1210 University Ave. location!
They also messed up my food order twice during this visit.
The restaurant was understaffed, only 3 employees working during the time I was there.
One staff was unsure about a family meal combination, that was clearly posted on the menu overhead. Her manager had to correct her !

Here with door dash. Very slow, people who ordered here have been waiting even longer than we have.
Every time I go to this KFC location the food it's always fresh and delicious. I normally
use coupons and get the buckets with the sides.
My friend said he got some sandwiches there the other day and they weren't that great.
But like I said whenever I go there and get the buckets they are fresh and the sides are great too.

Updated: 9/11/2025. Take out order.
This was the worst KFC we have ever had. Everyone at dinner was put off with the over cooked chicken. The chicken was overly salty. The chicken nuggets were very salty. My granddaughter could not eat them. The kids liked the French fries.
We were going to go to Popeyes tonight ..KFC is near us and we decided to go to KFC. Really disappointing. Next time it is Popeyes!! $46.30 for this meal.

A big shout out to Victoria for her amazing customer service. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I pulled up to the window she thought I said classic. She immediately asked me if I wanted to exchange it. No smirk or disgruntled attitude. Just simply wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I wish everyone treated there customer with that kind kindness and respect! Manager material if y’all haven’t made her one yet!!!

Imagine getting out of a 12 hour shift from a warehouse, beat up in every muscle, unable to cook and wanting to purchase some good food on your way home for then to be disgusted with the hardest french fries you could eat, I swear, people doesn't want robot because they need to keep their jobs but they don't do a good job in order for that not to happen, every damn fast food will close because the quality of the food and drinks are becoming absolutely disgusting, not buying from here ever again, if you don't like your job better go find something else, we are all in the same track and we should be taking care of each, every customer you get is a person on their day off or someone just getting out of work who probably had as bad as a day as you

🎮🍗 Boss Fights and Bites Review – KFC (University Ave, Rochester NY) 🍗🎮
“Welcome back to Boss Fights and Bites, where we take on the toughest food battles out there! Today I pulled up to the KFC on University Avenue in Rochester, NY, and I didn’t play around — I went straight for the 16-piece family meal with 4 large sides, all mashed potatoes and gravy, plus those classic KFC biscuits.
First off, the chicken? 🔥 Crispy, golden brown on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. That original recipe seasoning still feels like a secret weapon — that perfect blend of herbs and spices that makes you want to go back for just one more piece… and then another.
Now let’s talk sides — I doubled down hard with mashed potatoes and gravy all around. Creamy, buttery potatoes, rich gravy poured on top, and when you pair that with a hot, fluffy biscuit fresh out the oven? Man, that combo is a straight-up boss fight victory.
Service at this location was solid — the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The staff was polite, and everything was packed up the right way. The only small downside is the parking lot can get a little tight, especially during dinner rush, but honestly, once you’re inside and that food hits the table, you forget about all that real quick.
Final verdict: The KFC on University Ave delivered a knockout meal. Big portions, great flavor, and comfort food that hits right where you need it. If you’re looking to feed the family — or just yourself if you’re feeling bold — this is a win worth grabbing.
That’s my review — now I want to hear from you. What’s your go-to KFC order? Are you rocking original recipe, extra crispy, or maybe even spicy? Drop it in the comments, and don’t forget to like and subscribe for more food battles right here on Boss Fights and Bites.”
