Attempted to pick up a 12 piece meal to take to Strong hospital where relative was getting chemo. JOKE for service! I waited for 30 minutes for food(watching them serve people in the drive thru that arrived after me). The "manager" offered me a free beverage for the HORRIBLE service. At least this site had chicken versus the Lyell Ave site that had no chicken(they told me about an hour for 12 piece meal) I would give 0 Stars for service!

Honestly I never make reviews but this is one good place you don’t want to go it is the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received with snide remarks because I’m a white man that was ridiculous I was only respectful and kind during the interaction kfc shut this store down don’t tarnish your reputation utterly ridiculous
