The food is always delicious at KFC but its takes forever to get your food especially in drive through i sat and waited for 20 minutes the inside could be cleaner but the people are nice and friendly

Do not ever go to this KFC ever believe what I told you there was a manager there a Puerto Rican female with glasses that was so rude I ordered a 8 piece meal and there was literally chunks missing from my chicken my wife brung it back asking to exchange it . The manager was so rude and nasty I had to walk my wife out of the place she just came home from a 10yr bid and did not want her going back . We only ask to replace the chicken . You didn’t have to be so rude . It’s not your chicken it’s the companies . Replaces the chicken would be the professional thing to do .

Don’t ever go here this is the worst kfc in Rochester,ny . They gave me old chicken brittle biscuits and had the nerve to tell me they would not replace it . Spanish girl with glasses she is the manager she act like she was taking the chicken home. Why not replace three thighs and a biscuit is beyond me . Even my dog didn’t want it smh.

Tuesday lunch break from work at around 1130 only 2 people working and I understand how hard is to work with no help but OMG the lady was so rude the guy was polite and try hes best she was nasty attitude and she was not helping at all never again I will step foot in there .

The people who work here are so rude. It's fast food so I don't expect a lot. What i do expect is that when I order something it should be in the bag. When I realized that I was missing items I went inside to get said missing items. The doors were locked and they were inside yelling to go through the drive thru. I said I did stating I just wanted the missing items. They refused to serve me what I already paid for. This is the second time this has happened.

The kfc on east ridge rd is disgustingly dirty and I would never order from this location. I’m not even sure if the “ chicken” they serve is really chicken 🥺

I did the $10 Tuesday 8 pc bucket... I walked in the store and it was empty of customers and the floor was disgusting with napkins and trash.. I thought that they were closed but they said that it's easier to use the drive through.. So I left and went through the drive through.. I was hungry so I took it home and warmed it in the oven. The amount of grease that was in the baking pan.... Too much oil or it wasn't drained properly

Order in drive through 3 piece meal. Got to window she sai “2 piece meal” I said NO. 3 piece. Re rang for three piece price and go home open to find two piece meal. Incompetent couldn’t even double check. I was only one in line. Unbelievable

The problem is the food.
It used to be that salt was an optional condiment. Nope they straight up make rhe chicken and fries out of salt. Im serious when I say the only difference between the chicken and the fries is the texture. Both just taste like straight up salt.

Was about to walk in dining room at 7:45pm and door opens and Im told were closing the dinkng area which closes at 8pm. I didn't know 8pm really meant 7:45pm. Horrible service. Dont go here.

The drive-thru teller was quite short and rude I asked her if she would grab another coleslaw for me she told me I'd have to drive all the way around when there's one car behind me still ordering she even had my card in her hand still she could have grabbed another coleslaw.
