Got charged ordering online and had 4 delivery drivers cancel because they were out of “chicken” , tried to cancel online and they said they couldn’t because order was “in progress” called the restaurant roughly 30 times with no answer. Called customer service stated not responsible for their franchise. Stay away. Worst kfc location I’ve been too and I’m from Kentucky! lol.
Used drive up at 3935 Dewey Ave in Rochester, ny. 20 minutes from home. Opened box at home and wrong order. My ticket # is, 1878, I ordered and paid for 3 PC. Combo with coleslaw & small milk. Received 2 pieces of chicken, 1 busquit, mashed potatoes, and 2 small desert bites. Called the store and cannot speak to a human. The phone wants an access code then hangs up. Besides going back out in a rainstorm, to the store, how can this be fixed?
Food tastes fine, go here time to time for my dad but they get our order wrong literally 85% of the time. Place isnt that busy it just doesn't make sense how often it happens.
Ordered online, waited for the notification that my order was ready, drove to the restaurant but was unable to enter to pickup my food. Had to wait in the drive thru for over half an hour. Food was lukewarm by the time I got home & they forgot 2 items. Tried to call but nobody answered!
Paid for my food online went to the drive-through was told to park in a parking spot. They’ll be on it right out after 15 minutes. Still nothing and I see another car park off to the side after me get food and leave so I go inside no one‘s in there and get back to my car go through the drive-through. They’re outside smoking a blunt. I never got my food and I never got a refund and been waiting for a phone call from the manager For four days still nothing
Didn’t get a chance to try any food waited to place an order for 15 minutes and left without buying anything. Noticed only 2 people working there. They were trying to get as much food out as they could. But I was ignored the whole time I was at the counter. Need better management
Very rude and bad staff
She throw the order on the table for us without the drinks and the sauce and even we were trying to speak with her she ignored us for more than fifteen minutes on porpuse and she said I'm busy and dont speak with me

If KFC Care about their reputation they wouldn't let rude and naughty workers dealing with the customers
They doesn't deserve even zero star
I typically get the 3pc Chicken Meal, my nephew gets 12 pc Chicken Nugget Meal, food is good, haven't had any problems.

The worst KFC in Rochester. Disrespectful, Lazy obviously not interested in doing their job at all! You might as well throw your money out the window as you’re driving down the road! You’ll get better results! Good riddens!

I ordered to go through the dining room and I called the restaurant to inform them that after i got home to eat, the fry for my combo was not in the bag. Then i come to think of it they didn’t give me a cup for my drink. The first time i called they just picked the phone up for 5 seconds then hung it up. I called back and was greeted with a “helloo” i proceeded to explain what i was missing in my order and she responded with “I’m sure the fry was in your bag but i don’t know about the cup.” I explained the fry was indeed NOT in my bag and again hung the phone up. Fast food these days is too expensive for employees to be forgetting things THEN giving customers a hard time about it.

The chicken was juicy!!!!
I was so happy and surprised because the biscuit was fresh, normally you can put one in a sock and use as a weapon. The food was definitely up to power in the customer service was good.
last 3 visits...first visit, did not know how to run my gift card, insisted it was invalid, had to pay cash. Checked online, the card was fully funded. Contacted the 800# for KFC and they said the local franchise would get back to me. Never heard from them. Next visit -, two weeks ago, ran completely out of chicken, come back in 30-60 minutes. Yeah, right. Today, ordered a 3 piece meal, got home, ONE piece of chicken in the box. Called the store for two hours...no answer. Finally drove down and they never once apologized
