We had the extreme pleasure of having dinner this evening, 8/19/25, at Khong Thai Cuisine. We shared fried shrimp rolls, steamed pork dumplings and pineapple fried rice. The dumplings were absolutely the most delicate I can recall. The pineapple fried rice was amazing. And the shrimp egg rolls were excellent. The young woman who took the order was pleasant, polite and respectful. Thank you.
Portion size was good, it also came with a side of rice. The flavor of the dish was unbalanced, sometimes the flavors would be balanced and then other bites tasted completely different. The rice helped to mellow that out but I still had some pieces that caught me off guard by having a distinctly stronger lemon flavor. The vegetables were nicely cut and there were a lot of them. When the flavors were balanced, it tasted great.
I order from here often and it’s always been great however my last order of curry rice had diced carrots and not whole sliced carrots. Your whole sliced veggies is what sets Khong apart from the others. Why?
