very good
We stopped here for donuts when passing through Rochester. Service here was great— Friendly and fast. The Apple fritter I had was the best I’ve ever tasted. The donuts were delicious as well. They also serve lunch. Highly recommend.
The bed and pillows were absolutely the best. At the time of our visit there was no ice machine which was in convenient. The pool was also closed for renovations.Hopefully our next visit everything will be up and working.
Jessica, Robert, Erica and Heizell were so friendly and welcoming. Check in was super quick and easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and get in and out of. Plenty of parking and all the amenities.
The hotel itself is an older earlier HI Express and it shows. It’s due for an upgrade but stayed in much worse. The staff is very friendly. Pool was closed. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again but it will need overhaul in the next couple years.

We were very disappointed that the advertised indoor pool was empty. That was a real let down. My family was looking forward to sitting and enjoying it. Other than that our 3 night stay was good. Why do I have to have 200 characters
The housekeeping was little unsatisfied and show was less pressure so seems to me take forever shower. The room was very spacious, bed was also firm which I loved. And also breakfast bar was surprisingly ordered and tasty. I love them also. Thank you.
I stayed for three nights. It was my nephew's wedding. Great location, nice staff, good breakfast. Daily house keeping is having some problems. I guess they are running low on staff. But other than that is okay.
Everything was clean and I didn't have to call for anything missing . Everyone was friendly and willing to assist me and my family. I will definitely recommend and stay there again when I'm in the Rochester area.
There was an issue with the following: • The floor in front to the refrigerator was sticky and there a white bread bag tag underneath the table along with black and brown debris on the carpet around the bed. I requested that the floor be mopped and carpet vacuumed. I came back later and the items on the carpet was still there. • The floor around the refrigerator had debris and was not swept and had dark pebbles that looked like mice dropping. A glue trap was visible next to the refrigerator. My aunt worked in rat control many years ago and stated they resembled rat droppings. • Two caterpillars were crawling around. One went under the refrigerator and the next day we killed a larger one. • There were crumbs on the sleep sofa mattress. • Salt and pepper like particles were noted on the top of the fridge door. • Water lined the bottom trays and we emptied it. • Water from the freezer compartment had leaked onto our food in the fridge. • The bathroom ceiling was mostly brown and presented as mildew and smelled like mildew. • We wiped the bathroom counter and the bench at the foot of the bed and nothing but dirt was noticed on the wipes. • Bathroom mirror not clean. • A q-tip and snack food like Cheetos sat in the corner next to the 3rd floor elevator and a room that staff enter. Those items were on the floor for at least two days. • There was a dark spot on a pillow case and we removed it and placed on the floor to housekeeping to take. The initial impression was that the room was unsanitary and we won’t be returning to this location. We wiped down everything with Lysol wipes.
