La Bola on Main is located at the Mercentile on Main at Rochester NY. My husband and I went over to LA Bola for lunch. Lunch is ordered at the counter and server will bring food items out to the inside court where there is plenty of seating. I ordered the smokey tomatoe soup and grilled cheese. Both were excellent choices. The smokey tomatoe soup was delicious with a hint of smokey flavoring. The grilled cheese sandwich was the best one ever! What may have been home made bread...

Well this is a gem of a restaurant in the city of Rochester!!!! I just left La Bola with my family celebrating my nieces graduation and I cannot praise this place enough. From our hostess Jenna being so kind and accommodating to the seating placement and the food was lick your fingers clean. I loved the beautifully decorated seating area and bar . It’s very inviting! Coworkers and I stopped by last week around lunch to have some drinks. The drinks were delicious. The only problem is they had a dog behind the counter as you can see in the picture. Happy they made our drinks before the dog came. Not a good idea.
