Terrible venue and owner! If a zero was available that is what we would rate it. The staff is not organized or trained on serving and under aged staff is present. The owner places water in the liquor bottles to thin out the liquor. They NEVER respond to emails and they have had 4 different coordinators in the last year! Worst experience

Perhaps the most unique and beautiful spot for a gathering. The proximity to the falls, the views of the gorge, the patio overlooking it all, and the gorgeous interior are just such a unique space. I honestly didn't know we had anything like this in Rochester. I'm used to seeing this type of place in other cities and am so happy we have something this unique here. Would love to host events here!

Although we were a little concerned in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding (due to inconsistent response to our emails when asking questions or providing information), I have to say the event was superb and the owner, staff and day of coordinator were great at the reception. The staff was attentive and on top of the schedule and the food was good. The day-of coordinator set up the table decorations just as we discussed and took care in handling the centerpieces, which had some fragile components. I was worried about a long line forming for the bar given there was only one bartender - but the owner was out there with him during the busiest times - keeping the line very manageable. I was very grateful for that. The venue was superb - with guests moving freely between patio and table area/dancefloor depending on their preference. We were fortunate that it was a beautiful end of September weather weekend. I would recommend La Luna for any special event.

Went to a wedding there tonight Owner was incredibly rude. Food sucked. Staff seemed aggravated to help. Wouldn't give the owner a broken toenail because he was so rude. Food took forever. Freezing outside for drinks and appetizers. Should of been held inside. Food was cold

Beautiful indoor venue, a little tight for large groups of people. Not very comfortable seating arrangements for events.
My daughter's baby shower was held in the smaller room in front. The food was amazing, it was brunch type food. We got so many compliments. Thank you!!!

Our whole wedding at La Luna was incredible.My husband and I just got married there and had such a wonderful experience. The owner's communication the last few weeks leading up to the event were spot on and just what we needed to keep us calm and relaxed! If we had to do it again we would choose La Luna over and over!The food was amazing and we had so many different options to choose from. Our guests could not stop complimenting the appetizers and the meal.Every member of the staff had smiles on their faces and were so helpful. They were funny, kind and on top of everything. A great experience all around!!
