By the time I got to little Caesars my order was done. I walked in and it was ready for pick up in the hot and ready pick up thing to keep it hot. I put in the code and grabbed it.

Decent food, decent price, terrible service. Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone (I heard the drive thru alarm go off). Employee walked out the back door, saw me, walked back into the building, still nothing. I had to call the restaurant to get a response despite putting in a drive thru order. I wouldn't bother with the drive thru - go inside and maybe someone will acknowledge you.

Eternally understaffed, they reopened recently. Crazy Bread is hit or miss, Pretzel crust is ridiculously salty. Cheese sauce has to be some American meme. Deepdish forever. Try to order through the app and pick it up in store. Leave a tip because lord knows they need it. Love to the staff. If you want better pizza don't be a crybaby and spend twice as much elsewhere - LC is for the strong.

7:30 PM, I ordered thru Grubhub - a pretzel crusted cheese pizza with pizza sauce, and I got a pretzel crusted pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce.
I called the store to inquire about the messed up order and the rude response was, you have to get a refund from the app. The refund isn’t going to feed my hungry kids. I asked them is this the response I get, no apology nothing, her respond was - “Sorry we are closed “
It said it was open on Google but was closed when I got there.

I ordered 50$ worth of food last week had an extremely long wait to get my food(I ordered online and came in a few early to wait until pick up time)I ended up waiting 40 min longer than my pick up time and to top it off the food was nasty breadsticks undercooked the pizza was not right neither ended up shooting everything away as I was so frustrated.While I was waiting a guy came in talking with anger saying that he was going to slap one of the workers I think the workers name was Dave.Because Dave got smart with the customer on the phone and once the customer got his food he lunged over the counter and slapped the poor guy across the face.I order from here all the time for me and my family and this time was an all around bad experience which has me thinking otherwise.
