I ordered 50$ worth of food last week had an extremely long wait to get my food(I ordered online and came in a few early to wait until pick up time)I ended up waiting 40 min longer than my pick up time and to top it off the food was nasty breadsticks undercooked the pizza was not right neither ended up shooting everything away as I was so frustrated.While I was waiting a guy came in talking with anger saying that he was going to slap one of the workers I think the workers name was Dave.Because Dave got smart with the customer on the phone and once the customer got his food he lunged over the counter and slapped the poor guy across the face.I order from here all the time for me and my family and this time was an all around bad experience which has me thinking otherwise.

HORRIBLE experience to say the least. I have never dealt with such nastiness and disrespect after trying to add something as small as TWO dipping sauces to my order that had been placed ONE minute prior. Manager is an absolute joke. Don’t recommend wasting your money or time

Terrible service. According to them, my delivery would arrive at 9:36pm, but it arrived at 10:17pm. To top it off, I ordered some crazy bread and it arrived raw. The pizza was super cold, as if it had been taken out of the refrigerator.

Edit: I originally gave this place a 5, but as with almost everything these days, it really depends on who’s working, who’s managing, and who’s cooking. Today was less pleasant than yesterday based on someone else working, but I’m just gonna leave my initial review below… Customer service was quite solid. No issues. The young cashier held the door open for me as I entered and was very pleasant. I was about to order the two-pie deep dish and he then informed me of the single deep dish with a drink that was a touch over $6. That was perfect. It was hot and ready and he asked me if I’d like to glance at it before I purchased. I didn’t even know that offer existed because it doesn’t appear online. He said, “that’s why sometimes you should just order at the store.” The pie was perfect. Deep dish is the only option at Little Caesars in my opinion. Those new cheesy bites are pretty solid too. The round pizzas just don’t cut it. I get that they’re cheaper, but that’s not what made Lil Caesar’s famous.

Waited at the cash register for 30 minutes, not to be greeted or spoken to by staff. Once staff came to the front. They said it would be an hour wait for a hot and ready pizza. The level of unprofessionalism is upsetting and really needs to be addressed franchise owner should be ashamed of untrained staff members and their level of unprofessionalism. I hope this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears, and this type of service shall be addressed.

Tried to order pizza for a Halloween party online and the online system would not allow me to place my order, stated I needed to call the store. I called the store and the lady that answered said I can only place an order online. I tried to explain to her that it would not allow me to. She said that is the only way. She refused to take my order

I have order pizza from this place for many times and had no problem with using drive thru and show my phone order and picked up from wondow.

This time (10/5 night shift), a terrible attitude African American guy said I have to come inside to machine where the app will give me code to access your food. I told them no I order through your app as drive thru. Then he gave me bad attitude and said what your name. So I tried my best to speak my name which normally most people don't understand me but lucky he understood. After get my order then gave me pizza with bad attitude and said I can't read your phone and slam window at me.

Slow, disorganized, and lousy service. Wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest Little Caesar’s. I guess the food AND service is mid which is what I should’ve expected.
