I placed an online order at 8pm with an ETA of 8:30-8:35. I got an email at 8:51pm saying the order was ready at the counter. I arrived at 8:55 and gave them my name for the order. About 30 other people came in and received their orders in the time that we waited for ours. I'm not sure why they marked it ready when it wasn't even made yet. At 9:25 they asked us again what order we were waiting on... And then blamed us for not saying something sooner when the man serving guests was on his phone and making conversation with other customers while we were waiting. How is it my responsibility to make sure you do your job? Maybe don't mark an order ready when you don't even have it made yet. And on top of that when he blamed us for our order still not being ready, he then said there was a mistake and they had to remake it. We got the order at 9:38. So all in all we waited almost 2 hours for one pizza and one order of wings and were also given attitude because of their mistakes.Not once did we see a single employee wash their hands by the way, even after touching a cell phone, which is absolutely disgusting. Nobody here knows what they're doing and they clearly don't care either.Editing to add the food isn't even that good ? the pizza was still not even made correctly lol I ordered the pretzel crust and it was just regular crust with salt all over the cheese. Whatever. Will never go to this location again

The crazy puffs are so good especially with the marinara sauce and also the cheesy bread those two are my favorite and you know the prices are very reasonable never had their chicken wings and the pizza is OK but my go to is the cheesy bread and now the crazy puffs

The pizza for the lunch combo used to be amazing. I have not had it since pre covid. I tried to stop in yesterday and was told at the window if I wanted to place an order I would have to park and come in the store! Yes I had my shocked face on. He said that he under no circumstances could he take my order at the window. Between the parking issues and crime in that area that is a definite NO. He told me the machine is broken. Sadly my family did not get their awesome lunch pizzas and this location lost sales. It is hard to stay in business that way. Now that I know this I won’t me stopping again. We will miss you little C!

This little Caesar’s is soo unprofessional.when you try to call to order no one picks up.when you get there there is a lot of horse playing and one cashier is cursing while speaking with customers.every time I try to order from there I have to go to a farther location be a the wait is too long and they no longer do drive through.a few years ago it was never like that.someone needs to do something about this location or hire people who wants to work!
If I could give this location zero stars I would. You couldn’t have worse service if you tried to. Waited outside at their drive through window after online ordering for 15 minutes without a single employee coming by. Employees are sitting on their phones or getting baked out back. Pizza looked like someone tossed it thru a dryer cycle and tasted about the same. Do not go here unless you want to submit yourself to unnecessary torture. Literally eat a slice of bread with a tomato and melted cheese - you’ll be happier

I had a great experience at this restaurant I came in with a complaint from the previous Little Caesars and I happen to be speaking with the manager I did not know that she was she made my food fresh and offered me an extra pizza. Now that's Customer Service!!!Parking: Monroe avenue is a busy street and it's comforting to know that you can go to a fast food restaurant and still have somewhere to parkWheelchair accessibility: There's a nice little ramp connected to the parking lot that leads right into the door

I used to not have an issue but the last two times especially have been awful and the change of staff has completely ruined the simplicity of what was the ease picking up some decent pizza from this location. The pizza I got tonight is like rubber and not good. The brownies I ordered they handed to me frozen solid. My order said waa ready to pick up at 5:35. I got there at 5:36 being I was waiting around the corner to pick it up on way driving someone home. I was first ignored after waiting in line for another person to be addressed. Someone not of my profile. Then she proceeded to go into the back while I stand there. Then she comes back and says "What do you need?". I said I have an order that should be ready and gave her the name. She said hold on. I then was the only person in there. The people in front of me that order 2 pizzas there at the store got theirs. There was one pizza box sitting over behind the counter in one of two side warmers I noticed left and thought was that mine. I tried to get her attention but she went off to side to cut pizzas and hoped maybe that was one of mine. Nope. A door dash worker came in and also had orders said to be ready not in machine but immediately got their's cut boxes and out the door then another. I went out to tell person waiting to turn off car. Came back and ask again for my order she then proceeded to get the one box sitting there the whole time. Over 30 mins later after asking her for it. I am at home and it is rubbery even after trying to toast it up. What a huge waste of time for garbage. If she was simply doing her job correctly, I wasn't told my pizza was ready half an hour before I could get it and to be treated like ot was no problem. I know after being ignored and the experience is because of what I look like. I asked to speak to manager and was told no and to not come back. Instead of an apology or new pizza offer or refund I got attitude and ganged up on by employees. Instead of the manager. Over an hour wasted waiting for a nasty inedible disc of rubber.
