Little Caesars is a five-star place not because of the service or atmosphere, but because of the amazing value you are getting! I think keeping it a no frills location focus on operation is really what makes this work! I have nothing against any of the employees or atmosphere per se, it is just focused on getting the work done. One has to appreciate that objective in realize why you are buying from there in the first place. There's some great deals going on on their app as well!

This is the number one reason why the Irondequoit plaza is garbage. The pizza is the lowest grade of food and there's always trash around the entrance. Since this opened, literally 15 stores have closed around it.

I ordered food and the employee didn’t validate the drive for Grubhub gotten my order. So they gave a new drive, which means she canceled the order or turned her phone off. Allowing another driver to come. The restaurant did not remove the order for the new driver. Instead of doing their job they said on the phone “we can’t do anything for third party orders” actually you can. If your working in a restaurant make it your best (be informed) you contact the third party since you lacked of verifying the first driver did not confirm the order taken. You contact the third party and you say what happened, it’ll ban the driver , from ever coming again to your establishment. Helping your revenue and protecting your sales but also keeping the customer happpy. I waited for 2 hours for my food and it was already midnight. Kids are now starving. This is unfair and the lack of training is the reason. The order could have easily been resubmitted by the third party if you called. Doing your job was easy , you applied here. Make it your best. Very upset and will never order here again. And I hope all parents read this comment.

Being that this location is the only one in the area you'd hink the customer service would be better. However ,no matter who this location hires its the same poor customer treatment. No matter how many times you instruct them to prepare the pizza a certain way, its always an issue. The part that gets customers upset is the cashiers experience to take the screw up home and just say sorry and walk away. That is unacceptable.

I order from here a lot and tbh each time my food has been coming to me unsealed for some odd reason and I did hesitate to buy this because I have been having issues with them lately I have complained multiple times I keep being told an investigation is supposed to be happening it hasn’t yet. I haven’t touched it yet I just provided pictures it was sealed I would’ve seen the teared part they used to seal the food all the time.

My group ordered 2 packs of 6 piece wings, for our house, along with 2 pizzas. All of the food was left on front step, but only 1 pack of wings was present. So, I called, and the guy was very rude on the phone, and he said that the only thing that they can do is give credit for wings next time, but we almost never order there. When we asked for the wings to just be delivered to us, DoorDash refused to bring more wings, and said that they don’t do that. Straight garbage. Do better.
