I order from here a lot and tbh each time my food has been coming to me unsealed for some odd reason and I did hesitate to buy this because I have been having issues with them lately I have complained multiple times I keep being told an investigation is supposed to be happening it hasn’t yet. I haven’t touched it yet I just provided pictures it was sealed I would’ve seen the teared part they used to seal the food all the time.

My group ordered 2 packs of 6 piece wings, for our house, along with 2 pizzas. All of the food was left on front step, but only 1 pack of wings was present. So, I called, and the guy was very rude on the phone, and he said that the only thing that they can do is give credit for wings next time, but we almost never order there. When we asked for the wings to just be delivered to us, DoorDash refused to bring more wings, and said that they don’t do that. Straight garbage. Do better.

This little ceasers is the best in the Rochester area. Everytime I go there they always have stuff hot n ready to go. I’ve been to multiple others and never do they have stuff hot n ready to go like advertised and make you wait at close to a half hour for one item. The one on Lyle ave never has anything and when I said something as to why they don’t I was yelled at and told to leave if I don’t like it and their wait times were crazy and it has a drive thru so it makes no sense not to have things ready and at the same time there was no customers but still had no item hot n ready to go. Don’t go to Lyle ave location for it is thee worse service and expect to wait a long time to even get one pizza or any small item. The place should be closed down for how poorly they treat customers just because they are not doing what the company advertises which is not the customers fault so the customer has a right to complain especially since they never have anything hot n ready. I went there different times and each time it was the same result that I stopped going there. It get very little business due to that fact.

They don't be using gloves(Germs) can't see into the back while food is being prepared (dirty) and I found like a human nail in the pizza (Nasty)on this day you've been warned plus dominos is cheaper and taste better and they deliver
Could've been a cleaner spot. I came here w my baby girl and struggled to communicate w the cashier in spanish. She fortunately spoke english and corrected some of my spanish. She was super nice to us and the food came out as good as lil cesars could be.
