The pizza here has been next to inedible for quite some time now. They have the customer service skills of a rock and will put just anything in the portal and when you complain they get mad and say they will remake it. Well I’ve already waited unbelievably long for sub par pizza and I don’t trust your shady employees to remake my food who knows what they would do to it for complaining. They need to shut this place down!!!!

I am not happy with my order here today. I ordered a crazy combo with a side of nacho cheese and also a side of marinara. I also ordered a lunch combo. I specifically asked for my pizza to be cheese and extra cheese. I did not imply that I wanted a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The First Lady tried to ring me up for bread sticks with cheese inside of them… thank god their first computer wasn’t working so she didn’t ring me up for something that I didn’t want. When I got my order they slapped on a small container of jalapeño cheese sauce and didn’t even have the consideration to tell me that you do not offer the kind of cheese sauce that I requested. Many locations in the Midwest like where I am from offered that kind of cheese as an option so people who ask for such should be told it’s not available. My order was very self explanatory and you decided to give me things that I did not request. I did not ask for a pepperoni pizza why did you give me pepperoni? And now I am 10 minutes away from your establishment trying to talk to the manager about this and he keeps putting me on hold. I’ve been on hold now for a half hour. Your employees are not incompetent. They are fully capable of understanding and asking questions if they are confused. I’m not happy 😠

We ordered our pizza at 6:24 pm. They put in the system it was in the oven the same minute. We waited over half a hour for the pizza. Turns out they had put it in someone else’s order in the pickup area, thankfully that person picked up their order when we were there waiting, and they noticed and gave it to us. So we got our pizza but still missing the crazy puffs. Waited another 10 minutes for those. Staff weren’t polite. Finally left at 7:02, 38 minutes after we placed the order. The app said it would be ready at 6:44. Pizza was good though.

Everytime I get my food from this location I always have problems with my order or with items missing from my order and for me to call the merchant for them to say they can't refund me for my missing items is crazy. Yall need to fix this issue or yall gonna lose alot of customers.
