This isn't my preferred Rochester location, you can stand and be ignored at the counter and the pizza toppings are most of the time sloshed sideways and my stuffed cheese bread is almost always very Well Done. It's a busy and hectic restaurant to work at, I worked at a Little Caesars for three years before they closed. I know the hectic environment it becomes. But some slow down is needed because the food quality is being effected.

So the app doesn't let you add details like getting my pizza. Well done, which would normally be no big deal, because I would just call and ask. But today, I tried to call to do that and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and I assume forgot I was waiting. I hung up and called back and they blamed phone reception on not hearing me and asked me to call back after they hung up. When I called back and I asked if they could hear me they said yes and then put me on hold AGAIN. Maybe just let people speak? I already ordered and just want to make a simple request that the app doesn't make possible despite it's simplicity. Poor service. Gonna have to throw the pizza in my oven at home because I'm fed up with bothering to try.

The people who work here doesn’t want to work here on this place at all- the customer services is horrible I went to pick my order - long story short My order was not there - the manager told me to call customer service??????? And didn’t want to refund my money or remade my order I am more upset about him insinuating that I took the pizza and he didn’t want to give me my money or food thank God - I don’t need to steal from anyone - he ended up refunded my money because I asked to check the camera or check my car that I didn’t have any pizza with me That’s disrespectful and I am never ordering from this place again Horrible experience, disrespectful- If I could give you a 0 score or -0 would be amazing

I was worried about getting good pizza in NY as I came from California, FOUND IT at Little Ceasars. The pizza was absolutely ? perfect to my liking. I had the Chicago style deep dish pepperoni. Now my issue is that I want some more. :
