I went in to order 2 things. I was told only after I had paid that it would be a 10 minute wait. Thats anoying by itself since the food is supposed to be "hot and ready". I got 1 item imediately, and then had to wait for the 2nd. While I was waiting, they proceeded to make all of their online orders first, and have them sit in the holding unit, waiting for people to come and pick them up. After about 30 minutes I asked if my order had even been put in yet. It was ready about 2 minutes later. Needless to say, my other food was ice cold by the time the rest of the order was ready.They also have drastically shrunk the size of their cheese bread. And when I got it, if was cut so crooked, it really makes it difficult to share equally.Extremely poor customer service. I would not return to this one on chili ave again. Go to the one in gates. They're 100x better.

I worked at a pizza place for 5 years and a 2 hour wait with 5 people working is absolutely ridiculous. I was there for an hour and saw less than 10 people and half of them where there to order but because of the wait time they left. staff was swearing loudly rapping and I watched my pizza sit on the counter waiting to be cut while the staff were busy talking about their plans for off work.

The guy at the register was extremely rude. They were behide on orders. And he had a attitude with everyone asking about their order. To make things worst he was laughing. The customers just wanted to know when their orders were coming out. No one was at the corner for over 20 mins, while people were waiting to place orders. Only to be told they were only doing online orders. Terrible customer service!

I have tried this location many times and I gotta say its very hit and miss. Consistency with chain restaurants is part of the allure to use them. That being said, when it comes to their pizza there is none here. Sometimes its great, other times its terrible. Recently i built my own with extra cheese and extra sauce. Needless to say, neither one of those requests were met and the pizza was burnt. I do not think there has been a time out of 5 that I have had extra toppings added that were actually added. Long story short put some sauce and cheese on your pizza and be consistent !!!
Asking for an online tip at the time of ordering plus doing a self pickup is a down revolting concept! You’re forcing the customer to pay a premium prior to receiving food? Tips occur after the product is delivered not sight unseen!With your system, everyone believes if no tip, the cooks might spit on my food! Therefore I cannot take that chance and do business with Little Caesars.
