I love lil caeser but today tue driver left my pizza on porch floor where my dog lays. At times he did give us chance to answer the call like he was in a rush it was at 11:50 around there that was a bad service

Ordered thru the app for delivery. Ordered 3 stuffed crust cheese pizzas , got 3 pepperoni pizzas. Called to ask if I could come to exchange them for what I ordered and was hung up on. Called back again and another person told me to hold and I waited over 15mins before finally just hanging up.

I was there for 40mins for a pizza and cheese bread. Not a sorry or anything. I heard the manager. Say they messed up on my order and someone else too. Place is a joke would not get food from there is my life depended on it.

This is now the third time since new staffing that we have had issues with our deep dish cheese only pizza being severely undercooked. And no one cares on why there.. Stop rushing.. you're making people sick and wasting their money.

So, I used to love this Little Caesars because of the drive thru, and stopped going to it because even when I called in my order and they said to use the drive-thru no one paid attention to the window.
Edit: I called the store this morning and talked with Dave the Supervisor, who was very nice and is refunding my two pizzas. I'll update the stars when that goes through. Last night, I decided to try the delivery.
The pizzas were undercooked! I ordered a Hawaiian that was still doughy! You can see it in the picture! The sausage pizza, while not as obviously undercooked, was questionable as well. And I wouldn't have nitpicked this except for the worse things.. but there was not cheese properly covering the whole pizza.
I'm so glad I ordered the cheesey bread too. Or I wouldn't have had anything to eat while I tried to decide if I was going to eat the undercooked pizzas.
