I don’t know who Elizabeth W is who was acting as the manager at 5:50 pm on 4/12/24, but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Also a terrible management style to her poor teenage staff she stuck in the middle.I checked in at the speaker for my pick-up order and the girl told me to pull on up. Then the teenage worker comes to the window and says I have to go inside to get my order. I asked why, since I had placed the order for the drive-thru. She asked the manager, then said the pizza was in some sort of portal or something in the front?, and I had to go in to get it. I stated that it’s raining, I have my kids in the car (one of which is sick with Covid), and I have no idea what portal thing she’s referring to, is there a reason they can’t just hand me my pizza?*The manager never did actually talk to me, would only speak to me through this poor teenager who had nothing to do with it. She was at the window just turning back and forth between the manager and I, stuck being the middle man and relaying the messages since the manager wouldn’t deal with this herself.* There was no explanation ever given, just refusal to hand me my order. I could hear her through the window, yelling “oh my GODDDDD” and complaining about me, then she had the teenager just tell me that my pizza would be refunded if I wouldn’t go inside. At that point, after such pointless rudeness? Refund it. And I will never go there again. ??I only order off the app and ALWAYS for drive-thru. I even confirm it on the app before submitting because I’ve had this happen somewhere else that was my error. So if tonight was their app having an issue or this manager was just having a personal issue, who knows. But appalling customer “service,” including to leave this teenager stuck in the middle while making HER be rude on your behalf. Incredibly unprofessional.

Sad. I've been a regular customer here for over 10 years. The last 2 years it has just gone down hill, they got rid of the drive thru, which is puzzling. Today was my final straw. 2pm 3 people waiting and i wanted to try the new crazy puffs. The girl at the counter told me to wait 45 minutes. I'm done!

Worst establishment I have ever been to. Definitely will not be going back and they definitely need new management. Employees were so rude and ghetto. The Better Business Bureau needs to do some investigating on this location.

First time I ordered here my food was great. I usually order at the penfield location ;(10/10 amazing place) but we moved to Greece. I have a severe dairy intolerance so i ask for no cheese and uncut to avoid dairy as best as I can. After my first visit I’m not sure what happened. I always place a mobile order same order, pizza with no cheese extra sauce pepperoni and bacon. It looks like they get mad at my pizza and just throw everything on there and under bake it to the point the bacon is gummy and gross. AND THEY ALWAYS CUT THE PIZZA!! I have like an inch and a half of crust. All the sauce and toppings are just thrown into the center of the pizza.When I go to pick up, there is always this lady CHOMPING on gum and on her phone not even hiding it infront of customers, zero acknowledgment.Finally decided dominos was better was my no cheese pizza, have had zero issues and they don’t cut my pizza!

This place is a joke. No more drive-thru. No parking at all when you get here because of the cars taking up the parking lot waiting on their food. Ordered my food online to pick up. Arrive to half an hour later to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes definitely will not be coming back here again

"Crazy bread" is more like "accountant bread" since they don't actually season & butter it at all.Quality at this location is consistently meh, and employees consistently ignore the front counter.

Rude management, screamed at us for no reason. Then wouldn’t come back to the window and was laughing about it behind the window. Never going back!

Sat in the drive thru at the window for 15 min, and no one offered assistance. Even as the employees walked back and forth past the window, and the manager took a phone call right next to the window, they all refused to help me. Had to actually go into the restaurant. I dropped the pizza off to my pregnant girlfriend, just for her to call and tell me it was burnt! I will be posting this review wherever I can so ppl know what kind of service to expect from any little Caesar restaurant

This place is a hit or miss. It all depends who’s working. They got some who ain’t sitting back there talking all the time and they got some that are actually working. No point of using the drive-through either no one ever answers it, so just go in and get your food.
