This is specifically for the Henrietta NY location. This used to be our go to steak house. Over the last few months, everything has gone down hill. We decided to give it an another chance and we were disappointed. All of our food was cold. It took almost 30 mins to get our drinks. They forgot to do something to husband’s steak so it had to be sent back. Waited another 20 mins, we will all done with our food by the time his came. So now after spending over a hundred dollars, my husband has to eat his steak at home. It really is disappointing. The manager tried to rectify the situation but it was not worth even the little discount we received for such bad service and food overall. Time to find a new steak place.

Loved Sarah D. she did a great job the service overall was great everyone was sweet and the service was quick. The food was great the steak was cooked perfectly, the salmon could've had more flavor, everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend the lava cake.
The server was nice but at the end she didn't come back till bringing the check. We were ready to go and had to ask someone else for boxes. The restaurant was a little dirty.

This was awful. Party of 6, took 45 minutes to get our order taken, another 30 for our drinks. Never got a refill, our waitress was rude, and they got our order wrong. Take your money elsewhere. Who serves a baked potato with no butter??? Not to mention none of the steaks were cooked how they were ordered. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL

was in the area for work and longhorn is always a good value. waitress was nice and came by right away. She took my order and brought my drink quickly. steak was cooked perfectly. I have been to some expensive steakhouses that cant get it right but, longhorn did.
