We went for lunch after seeing a movie today (Saturday) and arrived at 12:30 pm. Since we knew what we wanted, we ordered our meals when the waitress came to take our drink orders. Almost exactly one hour later, we left. There was a small birthday party near the bar and when the waitress came over to fill our water, she said there was.a party in the back. Regardless, waiting an hour for lunch is ridiculous. Probably won't be recommending MacGregor's to family or friends. Really disappointed.

I called to make a reservation because my dad has a hard time hearing. They wouldn't accommodate in their back space "in case" a larger party came in. I repeated to make sure he understood, that he was not making an accommodation for someone who was hard of hearing. I won't be back there.

I just worked for them and they fired me because I told the owners they have management that drinks on the job and would point out things that should be fixed and rather doing so they let me go so just know the cage(beer) cooler has mushrooms groing inside of it and they over work more than half the kitchen staff (50+ hrs) and cooks get no free meal even after working that amount of hours.. I can understand why they had to shut down Greece location
i live in the neighborhood and frequent this location regularly. the bartender laina used my credit card info to find me on social media and threaten me with the police over a discrepancy with a bill that was not even my bill. so i suggest you don’t go here unless you want young clueless bartenders using your personal info against you to threaten you. the manager didn’t seem to care either when i called to complain so it’s an overall thumbs down from me

DONT NOT GO . I have been contemplating writing this review , I am not one to effect small business by writing a reviews but this I couldn't let go unnoticed. I went in on 2/9/24 and I was with my significant other to enjoy and celebrate our good news. I was waited on by a Server named Maddie a short blonde girl with a nasty attitude and she created a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for my significant other and I . She was very rude and unprofessional which made us feel unwelcomed and she was annoyed by our presence.

I have to say I have been coming to this restaurant for about 2 years and I have had by far the best service I have had in a long time anywhere. She was very attentive to not only myself but everyone that was at and around the bar. In addition to that she had no trouble helping her co workers consistently. She is obviously a natural team leader and this is coming from a man who has had 15 plus yrs in the service industry. She has us laughing, she was great at up selling and suggesting drinks to customers, and getting people to spend their money and be happy doing it! Great bartender. I hope this is her forever home because she's the reason I still frequently come here. Ty again Shelby for showing me that there are still ppl that truly care about their job and give the best experience possible!
