The Mac salad is great. They actually make it with celery which no one does anymore. Steak sub is good. Bread is always fresh. There wasn't a line and food was up within 7 minutes.

I was completely underwhelmed by the cheddar bacon burger. The lettuce was wilted shredded and had brown leafs sprinkled about...the tomato was pieces rather than a slice and the bun was cold and dense. Additionally, the onion rings were nearly burned...Despite that, I ate the whole $15+ dollar meal not including my 18% gratuity, smothering it in ketchup in my home and swore never to return...My deepest regret is that I didn't take a picture to substantiate my review... Perhaps, an off Tuesday afternoon...I don't think that I will ever be able to know...I would say give it a try, there are many things on the menu, and you might be satisfied...

We've order food here through grubhub a few times and every single time they've blown us out of the water. Everything is decently priced! The food is delicious, fresh and warm and filled with flavor. Definitely one of our favorite places to order from now! Keep up the fantastic work(:

Disheartened by a recent experience at Mac Philly Steak in Rochester, NY. The lack of respect from an employee left a sour taste. It’s disheartening when a place you enjoy falls short on customer service. Hoping for better encounters in the future.My colleague and i eat there almost every week order the same thing every week. We even go as far as sitting in the same seats as well. Anyways, today we ordered our regular. Took us a few minutes before we could order because she was tending to her toddler daughter. Which is fine we don’t know what other people are going through, again i get that. She took our order maybe she was distracted but one of our orders didn’t get sweet potato fries. Which my colleague went up front to tell her then the young lady began cursing and yelling. So he sat down yes they were exchanging words between each other but nothing disrespectful on our end. The young lady continued to use profanity in front of her daughter then even went as far getting into his face and continued to curse Him out. Maybe she wanted a reaction from us which we are grown adults that’s highschool drama save that for home this isn’t the palce and time for it. Then the cook in the back wanted to defend her. Lol also she called the police on us so we continued to eat our food and left with the nice officers. Never again will you get our business. I always tell employees i work close with for all my businesses i work with you never know who you’re talking to on the opposite side of you. Always keep your composure and represent the business you work for.

After one visit i had to try everything on the menu within 2 weeks!
Stopped in here before the Tool consert at blue cross arena and the "garbage" esque plates are fun to enjoy, however the fried aspect of the dish was double fried and too crispy for the order. Looking forward to the next visit.
With all the great eating places in Buffalo, we still come across those that are not located here, but wish they were! Tried this place as it was located in the same area as the river cruise office. What a great find! We ordered a full sized philly steak with crumbly blue cheese and a mac salad side. The roll was a good combination of soft but crunchy. (A nice change from the usual Buffalo Costanzo, which gets boring.) The amount of meat was generous. The blue cheese flavoring was intense. The side of mac salad was more than enough to share. An absolutely delicious and enjoyable lunch! One of us actually had some sandwich and salad left to take home. Will definitely keep this place in mind when in the Rochester area. And I see there are a couple other locations. Will be looking forward to it!
