Our food stations were a hit and my Italian family and friends were over the moon about the red sauce and pasta (hey fuggedaboutit).Madeline’s Catering worked with us closely so that the menu could fit our vision and our budget. The whole package included servers, linens & napkins, bar service, the food, utensils, coffee and NA options. The staff was friendly, professional, and BONUS!! they made sure my husband and I had food from cocktail hour waiting for us at our table when we finally were able to sit since we barely had time to snack. I also asked the bartender to have a drink ready for me once the ceremony was over and I was greeted with a delicious cocktail as soon as I stepped back to the bar! The attention to detail and attentiveness in general was appreciated. If you’re looking for great food (so many options!) and impeccable service go with Madeline’s Catering. We hired Madeline's Catering for our wedding at ArtisanWORKS. The initial call with Madeline was bizarre and we felt like we really had no voice in our wants. She often interrupted and would deny requests or suggestions we made. For the day-of we had minimal staff visible at our wedding. Many of our guests said the same and didn't have anything to eat. I was understandably busy but I also didn't see anyone around or I would have grabbed a passed hors d'oeuvres. The food itself was fine. The one bite I had was good. We had much fewer guests than we expected and had estimated more for food purposes. It didn't seem like we got what we paid for. We asked for a champagne toast and they completely forgot it. We did get refunded for that, but as experienced event folks, this should have been planned and executed easily. As for Madeline's customer service, she often has others answer emails on her behalf. There is something off with this business. It doesn't seem honest, it seems deceptive. Manipulative and controlling. I would NOT recommend their booze package. It's a rip off. Buy your own alcohol. I'd recommend being firm with the company about your desires. You're paying them for your special day. The things we discussed weren't unreasonable but she made us feel like we were. There was so much shame in the discussion we had. We were offered a refund for our experiences but it doesn't make up for the feeling we got from Madeline herself. I truly hope they improve their business practices. They're positioned in a popular wedding venue and likely get so much business just for that! We could have shopped around but went for the ease of having catering in-house. It was not an enjoyable experience working with Madeline. We felt frightened to request anything, recommend anything, or even ask for accountability.Madeline herself didn't respond to any of our emails after the event. She never even apologized.

We did a “stations” type menu as I wanted several options and everything was incredible. They were so sweet to my husband and I, checking in and making sure we had food. People are still raving about the food a week later. Highly recommend!!

Madeline’s Catering did a great job with our buffet style dinner. We were very impressed by the food on the wedding day, although we didn’t get to try it during our tasting. Our guests have said nothing but good things about the food and commented that it was better than most weddings! They were responsive by email and all of the caterers were extremely helpful to my husband and I on the big day. We also booked two bartenders through them and supplied our own alcohol, which was a huge cost saver for us!

We hired Madeline’s Catering to handle our food and bar. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We spoke primarily with Scott and he was wonderful! He got back to us within a day or so and answered any questions we had very thoroughly. Dealing with catering can be stressful and kind of confusing if you’ve never experienced it before, but he explained everything to us and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. We also rented our tableware and linens through Madeline’s and they handled all of it. There was a slight mishap with the delivery of our linens and before I even knew, Scott had it handled. There wasn’t a delay in setting up or anything. The catering staff was incredible as well! They were on time, friendly, and so helpful! The venue was kept clean and I don’t remember seeing a single dirty dish sitting around. The bar staff kept up with demand and were so friendly! We had 2 signature drinks and they handled both of them with ease! Now the staff was incredible, but so was the food! We enjoyed our free tasting, but assumed it wouldn’t be as good on the actual wedding day. You know how wedding food usually is. Basic, room temperature food. But not Madeline’s! The food on the actual day was even better than at the tasting! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! We are still receiving compliments on the chicken, and that’s usually the least favorite from buffets. I had a great experience with Madeline’s and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for catering!
