Out of ignorance, using cash I paid the larger, of 2, bill totals including a +15% pretax gratuity. THEN asked why the larger bill? For the privilege of paying with a charge card!. The waitress scuttled into the kitchen & the man @ the register stood with arms folded & smirked @ me. No offer to correct my mistake. I wished him good bye, as in forever. Just can't get past my mistake.

My experience was very odd I order food and pay for it then I asked if I could sit outside at the tables and at first I was told yes.The hostess brought me to a table but then I was told five minutes later that I had to leave and I couldn’t sit outside at the table.So safe to say, I will not be coming back.

Absolutely top notch service from Renee this afternoon. We enjoyed a late lunch with a 5 year old. The experience was wonderful and the food delicious. I wouldn’t have thought of Magnolias as a place to lunch with a kiddo but I learned otherwise. Child friendly meal options, chocolate milk in a plastic cup with a lid, and child-friendly staff. I always get the Alexander without bacon and it never disappoints!

Stopped in for some bagel sandwiches and coffee only to be told the sandwiches were only available premade and sitting in a warmer. Coffee was also extremely watered down and self serve and the only have half n half or oat milk available which was empty. Overpriced soggy bagel sandwiches and weak coffee. I even tipped the guy at the register (why? He did nothing except ring us up) and not even a thank you.

I’m glad I could finally check this place out! We got right in at 11, and the place was full by noon. The menu is impressive, and everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and great for conversation. I look forward to returning.
