Not the biggest fan of their pizza. This was the second time in a row that my pizza was raw in the middle. They also forgot to add green peppers to the pizza which I requested. I’ve had better frozen pizzas. They are on the pricey side too. I won’t be in a rush to return.

Absolute God awful wait, waiting ten more minutes for a pizza that's was already supposed to be ready, I've been waiting over 15 minutes for a pizza I'm supposed to deliver, Id never personally return to this location for food in fear that it might take ages to be ready, buyer beware

I go to Marks on my lunch break almost everyday and the service followed by the food is always great. Staff is nice, especially Noah (I believe his name is). The store is always clean and food is always fresh.

Simple, quick, easy pizzeria. Seemed to be quite popular when I stopped by for lunch while out on business.
I got a meatball sub and was happy to see they actually cut the meatballs up and put it inside of a WIDE roll instead of making the all-too-common mistake of serving you the equivalent of 3 whole meatballs on a hotdog bun. Total came out to $15.

My driver Maddie was fantastic. She was sooo kind when delivering my food and was so pretty!!! Over all service was great Maddie is an amazing delivery driver!

I've been living in Gates 22 years. Our family likes to support local businesses. There are several places in the Gates we tried, have not gone back. Mark's Pizzeria, we give up, will not order anymore. Mind you this is a hard decision to make. Supervisor is happy to give you credit if you are not satisfied BUT when you put in the same order AND it's bad again?!?! When food is constantly not prepared properly, you have let go. When your pizza order looks like the person who put it together didn't care & chicken wings look suspicious, you have to stop ordering. Our dilemma is where else in Gates can we buy good quality pizza & wings?? Suggestions??

As much as I enjoy Mark's pizza, which I have absolutely no issues with, what's up with the new pouch icing for the fried dough? It tastes like plastic. Is this a cost cutting measure because it's definitely gonna cut my cost since I ain't going to be buying it again. C'mon Mark's, don't change what's good.

Ordered a sheet pizza and received a pizza that was so thin. You couldn't even pick it up to eat it. You could fold it in half. Added a picture so you could see all toppings fell off and it was so so thin. I was promised a sheet pizza credit. When I called to redeem my credit was told they were not going to give it to me. This is extremely unprofessional. The managers were rude they said well they're not going to honor it and give me anything. They don't care that I got a bad pizza. And they're not going to do anything for me. Asked for corporate number. They gave me the wrong number. Two young managers who think they know it all. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing since I was a customer for several years who ordered there quite regularly.
