Raw wings when asked for well done. Have to cook them at home no sauce on them either. Asked for pizza cut in squares and it's not. Whole place is run by 15 year olds. $35 for a 6 slice medium pizza and 10 raw wings

Amazing services, this kind lady on the phone named Gia gave super nice responses and was very helpful and I even let her take a bite out of my pizza since I was feeling generous and she said she was hungry, She even let me get some more free sheets of pizza. This kind young lady deserves a raise!

Bought 2 pizza tonight . Wrong toppings and definitely over cooked. So disappointing. They used to be my favorite but its time to find a new pizza place. Unfortunate because the owner is a really nice guy. I just dont think he knows what crappy pizza is going out his door.

What the he'll os this marks, a large steak sub. Looks like frozen steakums, onions top of that it was only cut through half way. Very disappointed

The young lady was sweet but unfortunately on the phone and even waved to her coworkers that I was there but they were too busy talking. This photo was after I left and came back to take this photo. I’ll never come back. Unacceptable. I wish I had taken the photo before I left because the poor girl was on the phone and literally four guys were just standing around talking. And one was an older guy

I’ll stick to the Spencerport Perri’s. They’re one of the only local pizza chains near Gates that consistently put out quality products. I get businesses have had to adapt to product prices skyrocketing and a huge minimum wage hike in the 5 years, so they have to pass it onto the consumer with super high prices. With that being said I think it is appropriate for consumers to expect their pizza and wings to not be trash. Our pizza was paper thin in the middle, raw, and we couldn’t eat it with our hand. Also, we received little tiny pigeon wings mixed in with 2-3 jumbo wings. Sad society we’re living in, for more and more small businesses you want to support are hiking up prices and putting out trash products. We were hungry, so we just ate it and said, “never again, no more second chances with high prices and trash products”.

So my mother ordered from here right, the wait was an hour that was my first thing that set me off. The NEXT thing that set me off was when my mom called they said they had delivered it but then say it's been sitting for and hour, which one is it? BUT THEN guys there's more, they told my mother that they would give her a refund the next day because they brought it to the wrong address. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, Marks please do better if you want to gain customers and not lose them.
Good service had the first not great peice of pizza the other night was a slice that was just too old other than that pizza is normally ok

Not the biggest fan of their pizza. This was the second time in a row that my pizza was raw in the middle. They also forgot to add green peppers to the pizza which I requested. I’ve had better frozen pizzas. They are on the pricey side too. I won’t be in a rush to return.
