I ordered online and the website said I couldn’t order immediately and needed to wait until 6:45 for delivery. (1 hr away) fine, I ordered but never got any confirmation. I called at 6:50 and they said another hour! I’m not really happy about this. I get delays but there’s got to be options for explaining this BEFORE you order
Just encountered someone who definitely should not be allowed to answer the phone. Good customer service is becoming a joke these days
they are friendly and courteous too!
