3/10 times I order I might get what I actually ordered at this point I expect to receive something other than my order I regularly order the honey stung pizza and got a plain pepperoni I've never ordered another pizza besides the honey I think I'm done with this location

We are out of town and we ordered yesterday so we ordered again tonight and there was some misunderstandings on thw phone with our order but they corrected it and the food was still good

Called to order a pizza yesterday on my way home from work around 5pm and got the most rude, mumble mouthed jerk. This guy should not be answering the phone and talking to customers. He was so rude and sarcastic. I told him, "You know what? Cancel my order. You are really rude." When your first contact to a business is met with hostility and a lack of respect, you really don't want to give them your money or eat food they are preparing.

BEST PIZZA HANDS DOWN!! I have been eating pizza from Mark's for 25years now (give or take a few years...) my step brother was a delivery guy when there was a shop on Norton St by Waring Rd. I have been hooked ever since!! The prices have definitely increased over the years, but I will still pick them EVERY TIME OVER ANY OTHERS!! Winton Rd Plaza at Merchants is the store that my family uses due to location GREAT FOOD, NICE STAFF, TIMING IS PRECISE FOR PICK UPS!! AWESOME WORK MARK'S- KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!
Parking: Plenty of free parking close to this shop. You can see your vehicle from the counter or tables.

Best pizza and best people. Gusto is always super polite and easy going on the phones. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Tom and his team have a good operation going there! Customer service is really high level, thanks fellas!

I ordered online and the website said I couldn’t order immediately and needed to wait until 6:45 for delivery. (1 hr away) fine, I ordered but never got any confirmation. I called at 6:50 and they said another hour! I’m not really happy about this. I get delays but there’s got to be options for explaining this BEFORE you order

Pizza is usually fine, only gotten food poisoning twice from this Location.Edit: i had gotten 2 cheese slices this week and the second one was soaking wet on the edge.probably not coming back for health concerns. someone needs to check this place out.
