First of all, if you’re not from ROC, this is the place to try your garbage plate if you’re looking for an authentic one. I will always be a loyal customer to this place. Out of the many many times I’ve ordered from this place, I’ve had maybe 2 minor mistakes with my order late at night, which they have generously comp’ed me a free drink, extra side, etc. Add yes EGG add yes MEAT SAUCE! I couldn’t be more confident giving an establishment 5 stars.

Worst plate I've ever had in Rochester. Asked for shaved steak, got a flavorless tough piece of steak slapped on top. There was a random piece of plastic mixed in. Gross couldn't even finish it

Wanted to try the famous Garbage Plate of Rochester......it was fantastic at 1:00am after a long flight from Texas. Waitress were very kind and helped us with the order. Only down side, which isn't the diners fault, you can't sit and eat food after 10pm? What kind of messed up, non-Ameeican city ordinance is that?!

I have been going here with my family forever. They don’t make the Greek turkey wrap anymore but the patty melt with Swiss cheese and grilled onions is amazing! MAC salad as the side or crinkle cut fries and gravy.

Mark's has been around for what seems like forever... it's become run down over time, but they crush the late night food rush market in this region... somehow they still surprise me at how well they do food and preparation, in comparison to other places... it's not just grease in a box, it has flavor... it's making me hungry just typing this... lol
Parking: It can get pretty busy at times, most people park on the street, nearby... but I believe there is a parking lot in the rear, just never use it...
Kid-friendliness: Because of the location/area, I wouldn't bring my kids... also not to much to occupy them... but if you were to bring them, do it during the day...
