If i could give ZERO stars i would … i ordered delivery and spent $20+ and only recieved a soda in my bag ! Recieved none of the food i paid for ; this is not the first time i have this issue with this location , they never seem to care about customers deliveries … act like it coming out of your pockets when it us paying customers that are keeping your business going !

Probably one of the better locations you’ll find in the inner city of Rochester… definitely makes it worth it getting McDonalds. They greet you, it’s clean and food comes in a timely manner, they also make sure everything is in the bag :-) W service if I must say

It says this is a 24 hours store. Why this is the second time I come by and I don’t receive any service! Maybe not a enough employees… is not the employees fault… is the store manager or manager or the corporation that tries to save money by Cuttinf the crew labor… this is not the first or the second store that I see employees being abused by the lack of man power. McDonald’s company do better. Stop abusing your employees to make yourself richer

They don’t prepare the meal how it was ordered even though they put the correct way I ordered it on the slip
This is supposed to be a 24 hour McDonald’s and I work the overnight so when I see they’re open I want to order ..nope these folks canceled my order TWICE and told both drivers they were closed at 2 am then again at 4 but if you google them currently it says it’s 24 hours
