I am upset ! The lightskin girl who always has the nappy small ponytail who is known To have a very nasty attitude !! Well she this morning 11/21 at around 7:30 am had me and two other cars sitting on the right drive thru speaker waiting to place are orders she takes 2 cars orders one who came after me ……and then speaks on are side and tells me “Im coming I’ll take your order next” I said okay then I sat waited 7-10 minutes she comes back to the mic and takes a car order who just pulled up on the left side I said excuse me …we been sitting here for 15 minutes why are u taking cars orders who just pulled up and we been sitting here ….AND after you just said you taking ares next she continued ignoring me and takes the customer who just pulled up order me and the 3rd car on are side pulled off !! HEAVY RECOMMENDATION yall really need to fire her she is not a good worker at all she always has an attitude she upsets customers and I will not be surprised if somebody drag her out !! and she comes to work looking a mess

Date 10/13 the lightskin with the 2 inch ponytail is very rude and has a very nasty attitude she was working window breakfast time 8:30 am she shouldn’t be working with customers from the time I was at the window to having to come back in because my order was wrong she was giving nasty looks and I grew and a phd student so I’m not gonna lose what I worked hard for for a fast food worker but come on now do better at hiring better people instead of nasty ones !

Food is inconsistent, customer service I have to admit is getting better but I've seen way too many bad things happen here. It always takes forever at this location to get the fast food!

This mcdonald's is ridiculous, they never have people at the counter and a kiosk never works, everytine you try to order at regiser it takes 20 mins for someone to take your order, and how much do these people make again....

This was once the worst McDonald's in Monroe County, something must have happened recently to turn things around. The last two trips I came down for breakfast were actually pretty good. Its still McDonald's at the end of the day, but the service was good and the food came out quickly.
Friendly, welcoming atmosphere! However, the employees showed no interest in making my order. It was only a smoothie, which I ordered thru the McDonald's app. I waited 10 min for it. After speaking with another customer who assured me the slow pace employees was typical here, I couldn't wait any longer. I left without evem getting my smoothie or a refund!
