I really really don’t wanna be a Karen. But it seems every time I DD from this McDonalds, there’s always something wrong with me order. From me missing sauces, a straw for me drink. Or they always short me with fries. Ordering from DD is not cheap, and prefer my order to be correct, in this picture is the “large” fry I ordered.

The food was ok, and the service was reasonable. The staff doesn't know how to imput a substitution. They put it through as an add then I was charged extra for a different kind of sauce on my sandwich. The cashier was polite, but I don't think she understood what I was telling here when I saw it on the receipt. It would also be good if they took care of these issues before they completed the transaction.
