Went there this morning around 10:30am. Girl working the drive thru had a NASTY attitude for no apparent reason. I can't comprehend how a franchise owner would allow that as the face of your business. Who on earth would want to ever come back after getting talked to like a piece of garbage?
Made a complaint to the manager and he did offer a comp. I declined. He then proceeded to talk trash about me to other employees right in front of me. Incredible. Some MASSIVE anger and unprofessionalism exhibited here.

Horrible experience today. Staff was super unhelpful and rude. I waited 30 minutes for two items that they kept messing up. On top of them making multiple mistakes with my order, staff was also arguing with each other and being very unprofessional in front of customers. Never coming back. They need some serious management to hold them accountable.

Just came drive thru and young teenager or whatever taking orders and collecting payment was the rudest I have ever met. Not very bright either as couldn’t figure out how to get me my receipt. Mgmt might have a talk with him about his very bad attitude.

The drive-thru line was out to the road. The manager handing out orders acted like she couldn't see anyone at the register. I stood there no joke for 10 minutes before anyone took my order and all I got was a frappe. So much for thinking going and was going to be faster! A bunch more people came in behind me and she didn't even acknowledge their existence and this was the manager this woman look like she had a look of total disdain on her face. Lady if you don't like your job get a new one!!

First time visiting this location. Ordered a Big Mac Meal with extra pickle (to ensure the food is fresh). I was greeted buy some toothless woman who I assume was a mute because she said nothing... no hello or goodbye. I arrived home and instead of extra pickle there was extra Mac Sauce. I probably pissed someone off with the need to make a "special order". But hey!!! lets raise the min wage for these people!!! LOL... useless!

On 02/07/25 around 9:50-9:55a , I had an experience I never thought I would ever have … A BELIGERANTE employee . I have NEVER had an experience like this at this McDonald’s location with a app code that wasn’t working at the drive-thru and with this employee and to be honest whenever I’ve had this issue they have called a supervisor to override the problem with the app. Including this employee, But today she chose NOT TO FOLLOW THAT PROTOCOL which in the past she has done. I went to the window and showed her the code and still chose NOT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT whatsoever. Twice I had read her the number and kept saying it wasn’t working…. What does she want me to do with that response ?!?!? There is nothing on my end to do on VALID CODE! I went inside and the manager took the code and it worked!!!!! It was a simple process and AVOIDABLE!!!! I’m short staffed at work so I choose this location over others to avoid situations like this , BUT NOT TODAY !!!!!! The only reason you even got ONE STAR is because of this gentleman inside that did his job and explained that she should have called a manager. I believe he was the manager.
I ordered a McDouble no cheese no onion with extra pickle, a small fry, an ice water and a chocolate milkshake. Shake comes unstirred and the burger has 3 slices of pickle and onions. I go in to get a burger with no onions, they insult me before getting me my burger. They clearly rushed because the burger was flavorless, and so were the fries, no salt, oh and the place also had trash and left over food on the floors and tables.

Awful management at night. Manager and an few employees was incredibly rude to customers. Refuses to provide sauce, gets upset when asked nicely about missing item, kicks other customers out for sitting there and eating food quietly at 8 PM even though it doesn’t close until 10 PM.

Who ever the night manager or shift leader is is rude. We were in there for 10 minutes waiting for 2 meals and the entire time she was yelling at her workers about various things and the entire time they were obviously working in the back silently. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen her act like this. Whoever the black haired half shaved head lady is isn’t making anyone feel welcomed. Customers were visibly uncomfortable and the workers looked frustrated and upset.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I Would rate zero if i could, i ordered chicken nuggets and a separate large fries, i only got a chicken nugget box with cheese inside only! And then we waited for them because they made ANOTHER MISTAKE, they were just ignoring us laughing. THEN THERES NO FRIES ALSO. WE THEN CALLED THEM AND THEY SAY THAT THEY MADE THE ORDER CORRECT EVEN THOUGH SEE IT WITH OUR OWN EYES. IN OTHER MCDONALDS WHEN THEY MADE A MISTAKE THEH WOULD GIVE US THE CORRECT ORDER AND SOMETHING FREE NEXT TIME. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTMOR SERVICE EVER THEY DO NOT CARE AND JUST HANGED UP THE PHONE ON US.
