Asked for my food fresh and hot all I got was barely warm food and guy at the 1st window shut the window on my face. The second window got employees standing around I blame management and I work in fast food and its not that hard to make everything fresh and get it out fast even if you have to pull the car.
Got a half chocolate and half shamrock shake which not all McDonald's will do. Loved it!

The driver thru had an issue with the system was trying to fix it the employee seemed frustrated and told her to take her time. The manager seemed to be annoyed and snapped at the employee and then when I got to the next window the lady seemed even more annoyed. Gave me attitude and then when I told her I had another order she just gave me more attitude. Just seemed like she hated her job.

The lady at the first window must be new, she was being rushed by her lovely manager, so we tried to help her out until she got snapped on. Drive through ticket time must be running high and the manager didn't know how to do her job. Second window was way worse, here we meet again the manager, or whoever she thought she was. Incredibly rude and everyone I know stopped going to this McDonald's on East Henrietta, I now know why. I probably won't be returning to this location, and rather spend the extra gas going to the West Henrietta location instead, or another type of establishment. Loved getting the food thrown through the window and being told that we were ALL SET! Plot twist, I wasn't because here I am. 10/10 would not recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't own a wheelchair but I feel bad for anyone who does and has to deal with the attitude I did.

Guest and I stopped by for a vanilla shake and pumpkin pie. Parking was wheelchair accessible, and we were able to quickly get in. We were served quickly...pie was hot and shake was cold...perfect!

After ordering a simple order of a 10 piece Chicken Nugget Medium Meal, then paying... be warned!!!Had to wait 15 minutes after paying in the Drive Thru to get my food!! What did you guys do.. cook each nugget one by one?!Then to find out after getting my food, you gave me a 6 piece nugget!! What the hell?

We finally went to our hometown McDonald's near our residence. So comfy and cozy, quaint and quiet. Nice to know we have a beautiful McDonalds. Kindly mixed races working together in unity. Speedy courteous service!!?Kid-friendliness: We saw a Christmas tree going up, Halloween decorations for the kiddos ? real spirited.. for the kids!!Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent choice of HC parking and accessible for wheelchairs.
