All workers were very rude .They don't want to even work .No one is wearing hair covering .Employees were holding phones during work which might cause cross contamination.I was asking if they have salad on there menue she gave me that look. ( In Canada they have salad in there menu ).

Really sad to see a store close drive-thru and in-store orders during their normal posted business hours in favor of only servicing doordash orders. What kind of restaurant gets on the speaker to say they're still cooking, but sends me home with no way to buy food? What a shoddy operation. If you hate the locals, why not just buy a got dang skyscraper right down the road and put your store on the top floor?

First I went to the McDonald's on Clinton avenue Clinton upper falls in Rochester the manger said she was working alone and for me to drive back around and get in line again when I did I could hear her arguing with the car ahead of me . So next I was told I had to wait 15 minutes to order or call ahead so I left and went to the Monroe ave McDonald's which they were respectful considerate and worked fast through the busy drive thru line I'll never go to the Clinton Ave tops plaza McDonald's again

This McDonald’s is disgusting. It’s loud, workers don’t care about anything, and they’re rude.I ordered food on the mobile app for breakfast and paid on the mobile app, and the worker told me they were closed for over 30 minutes and wouldn’t give me the food that I already paid for.If you’re closed and can’t give people the food they pay for, then turn your orders off. Why bother being open at all if you’re choosing to be lazy.And when saying I already paid, the worker said they could do nothing for it and that I would still have to wait.Don’t go to think McDonald’s. They don’t care about you here.
The lazy workers love to say the systems down around 3-4:30am and even say it won’t work if you order through the app, everytime they say the systems down I order through the app and it works fine. I get it is early in the morning but if you don’t feel like working get off the clock lol.

I had placed an online order to be picked up where one of the items was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When I got to the drive through, I gave the person my code and then apparently someone else grabbed the headset and than a minute later told me to pull forward. I got my hashbrowns but received a burger pattie with onions instead of a sausage pattie. Absolutely appalling that this would happen. There is no excuse.
