I got a bacon cheese burger on 2 bun ends. I was approved by several individuals for money. The ladies' room had socks, pants, and underpants in 1 stall. I told the manager, and she sent someone in to clean it. However, they only emptied and cleaned that 1 stall.

Sucks if you're an Uber eats driver because they're never ready. When you walk in they try not to make eye contact with you so that they don't have to actually talk to you. Obviously short-staffed. All you have to do is make eye contact with the customer at the counter and say I'll be right with you and it would totally change the experience. But the totally ignore you and pretend they don't see you... two of the four of them on their cell phones as well....

They never open 24 hours at the drive thru this is the worst service I ever delt with in my life
They had their bathroom "closed" and the back half of the restaurant blocked off with trash cans. I believe that a restaurant that offers dine-in eating is required to have a working bathroom available. Besides you can't expect me to believe that both the men's and women's are out of order and they're still open. Making them available only to paying customers wouldn't have bothered me but to just not allow customers to use the bathroom or even wash their hands Is disgusting and unacceptable!

They don't know how to use their own app. When your at the counter , or drive through or kiosk You have the option of providing them with one of two codes. One code (usually the first) is to sign in and provide them/you with information like your name , points , and current running deals/offers. Then when you click on a deal/offer , you get a second code for that deal. The Rude employees at this establishment said " I ain't never heard of that " you can only put in one code in at a time , don't nobody ever heard of a login" The worst part about it , is that they absolutely refused to be wrong. They were so unwilling to admit they made a mistake and where incorrect, even when presented with evidence to the contrary. I hope Ronald McDonald fixes this Who knows how many people got turned down just because they were using the app as intended. Step one. provided code for login.
