I was trying to call just now to speak to a manager so they can know, but whoever is in the back making the burgers around 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 2. Maybe switch the person because this is the nastiest burger I have ever gotten and I come here a lot, but it literally look like somebody beat my burger up. ImThe burger has holes and looks crumbly pieces like the meat part, and it looked like they just slapped it on the bun and then squished it on top of that and then with my mom‘s cheeseburger it looks also gross and nasty like I don’t know who’s back there today but but it’s just not it update I went again today’s December 3 and around 11 PM and my burger when I got my food, I checked my burger this time in a burger. The patties were burnt But I told the lady the one who hands you the food super nice I showed her. She had them make me another one and then I also showed her What happened yesterday and I had took a picture of tithe burger and I showed that to her and she said oh no and she got me another one and the girls I guess the girl in the back who make it it was saying how it was left too long on a thing, but this was two days in a row, where my burgers came out really bad and actually lately the burgers been off after they was remade and I got to look at them when I got home they look great like everything was on it. Nothing was missing. It wasn’t squished and it wasn’t sloppy either so I wanna say thank you to the lady who hands you your order You’re wonderful you made my night and you’re amazing at customer service.

They really should give the younger manager a raise and honestly the whole staff since they are overworked and always short staffed. Then they have to deal with people blaming them for an order taking slightly longer than expected.
Staff are great but management really needs to give the workers more support or they're going to eventually lose customers from delays

Standard fast food type place but the service is always poor. It seems to be a contactless type of establishment and it’s hard to get a staff member to acknowledge your presence. The fare hasn’t changed from when I was a child.

I ordered a burger from McDonald’s, and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced! After a long wait, I received something completely different from what I ordered. I asked for no cheese, but they added cheese. I asked for no pickles, but they added them anyway. On top of that, there were no napkins or straw, and the drink was 99% ice and 1% Coke! The fries tasted like they were made a week ago — very bad quality. The experience was so disappointing that I threw the order in the trash, and this will be the last time I order from McDonald’s.

Was there at 7pm tonight. Car in Front of me ordered a ridiculous amount of food and held up the entire line; put an end to this. We got 2 Big Mac meals; fries were cold and big mac was also cold with a piece od cheese slapped on it. Sorry not again.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Santi for her excellent service. I came in to ask for a specific TinyTan from the Throwback Edition. She had her staff went through the whole collection they have left from the Throwback set, even though the Encore ones are out now. They didn’t have any so I bought other ones they have just because she’s so friendly. People were afraid to ask for things they wanted at other McDonalds because the staff were always so rude. Santi and her staff welcome requests and try their best to honor them.Thank you!!
Kiosk didn't print receipt and I didn't get my order after long wait. I let a worker know, who was very rude acted like she was being inconvenienced. I know this review is pointless though because poor service is to be expected here.

We went there thru drive but when we asked them to tell us our orders to make sure we have the right orders but she was started screaming like a lot and tell us the orders. We asked her once and she was really bad. When we went to pay money she was so rude and didn’t even talked to us.

I got a bacon cheese burger on 2 bun ends. I was approved by several individuals for money. The ladies' room had socks, pants, and underpants in 1 stall. I told the manager, and she sent someone in to clean it. However, they only emptied and cleaned that 1 stall.

Sucks if you're an Uber eats driver because they're never ready. When you walk in they try not to make eye contact with you so that they don't have to actually talk to you. Obviously short-staffed. All you have to do is make eye contact with the customer at the counter and say I'll be right with you and it would totally change the experience. But the totally ignore you and pretend they don't see you... two of the four of them on their cell phones as well....
