Ordered an iced mocha and a Carmel frappee. Handed me a drink, told me it was an iced mocha, when I could clearly see Carmel at the bottom. Said with an attitude that he promises it's mocha. He also forgot the frappee and didn't believe I ordered one. First time, last time coming here.

I see others from 3 months ago had the same experience where the 2nd drive thru lane gets ignored. Infuriating. Lights on, no one was home.

Me and I think the van in front of me went to first window and ordered.
Truck behind me waited a while, then I think he threw trash on the ground, and drove off yelling in a huff.

Ordered 2 happy meals for the kids. They came in plain bag, only one of which had the toy, and the whole time I was treated like I was causing problems. 😒

Debated 1 or 2 stars, rounding down.

Always forgetting food. Rarely get a recipt. Just now got food didnt bother checking because they have a new manager who's right on it. She's changed that place in a great way but staff still not giving a damn. Missing a Large fry this time around.. Happy the manager is doing her best but the staff need to learn how to read..

Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Employees are efficient, friendly, accurate and obviously work well together. Been eating here occasionally for 20 years, once or twice weekly for 2 years, and never had a wrong order or any other problem at all.

Several nights per week they close 15-20 minutes before they’re supposed to and it’s EXTREMELY frustrating. Always saying they’re “short staffed”. I just made the drive after I got out of work and am very disappointed. When they aren’t closed it’s always terrible service from the employees as well. This branch needs a new manager

Place is usual very busy, causing slow service and potentially lacking quality. Last burger I ordered appeared to have a chunk missing from the patty. Great location tho.

Go here if you want to get ignored in the drive thru. The second lane of the drive thru the one away from the building, I sat there for 10 minutes this morning and watched them serve 4 cars in the lane closer to me and never once said we will be with you soon I just continued to sit there until I left. Clearly there's equipment issues they're not addressing. So frustrating.
