I can not say this lightly for as much as I am all over the city for work. This is the closet to my house and the absolute worst McDonald's even more than N. Clinton. The service is a train wreck and the poor managers or shifts leaders that do care are over run by terrible crew. The food today was over two hours old. And I was the 3rd one in line the girl tried giving me the wrong order and rushing me along. I had to get my right order and she smirked. There are countless stories of the anarchy that is allowed in that store. Wake up call to ditch McDonald's fully

Sharing a wonderful experience I had this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage well done. I also added the breakfast sauce and grilled onions (normally on the steak egg and cheese bagel). It was absolutely delicious !!! I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a 4 pc, and a mcchicken with only cheese and fries. I was missing a burger and mcchicken, and got the wrong sauce for the nuggets. The customer service is decent but I don’t know what they have going on in the kitchen. This is all the time I go, and I rarely go.

I have nothing but praise for this McDonald's location. The staff are well-mannered and friendly. The food is hot and fresh and the restaurant is neat and clean.On one occasion, a piece of my order was missing. I returned to the restaurant with my receipt and the manager apologized and promptly provided the missing item, no fuss, no rudeness, just excellent service. Definitely my favorite location.
