Decided to try the new buffalo chicken sandwich today. Get home and I have a plain piece of chicken with buffalo sauce, no bacon no cheese no lettuce tomato nothing. I threw it straight in the garbage and the fries because there's nothing more upsetting especially in this economy than wasting my money. And too angry to drive back. It amazes me that people with the simplest jobs can't do them properly. Will not go back to this location I will drive to Greece where I've never had this issue.

Ordered door dash happy meal. It was missing fries. The burger was greasy and looked like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Next morning went through drive thru with 1 person ahead of me it took 4 minutes. The person ahead me just ordered a coffee and sandwich. I ordered a coffee I went to taste it and there was paper in the coffee. Total time spent at drive thru 9 minutes.

Ordered ahead and when I got to the drive-through was very rudely told (not even greeted) by the woman on the other end that they weren't accepting online orders (lie) and I would need to cancel it and pay cash. Tried to cancel but app wouldnt let me said they were already preparing my order. Contacted corporate immediately but will never visit this location again

I'm a doctor and I got to this location by doordash I asked for incentive card the cashier was very rude and simply kind of ignore my question just said no also they took forever to give me the order not that good atmosphere

Customer Service is horrible. I ordered my food and they gave me the wrong order when I brought it up that they gave me the wrong order. The staff caught an attitude and told me that he was gonna fix it. When I got my order, it was still the same order that they gave me the first time. I asked for a refund and showed them my receipt. They told me they cannot give me a refund that I will have to wait till the manager come in tomorrow to get my refund.
Worst McDonald’s ever! This place has the rudest workers and ALWAYS mess up the order. They just don’t care. Called to complain and one of the supposed shift managers actually hung up on me. It’s so sad because years ago this was a great McDonald’s. When we want McDonald’s we go to Chili Ave where they have better do workers who don’t act like you are inconveniencing them.

So slow! If you stop at this McDonald’s, you’ll be waiting forever. At the pace they’re moving, you’d think they were butchering the beef for the hamburgers in the back. Hamburger was made sloppy and bun was stale. I know this is a fast food restaurant but it's anything but fast.

Worst McDonald’s ever, waited 10 mins in drive thru line for them to take other peoples order so I go to the window and they refused to take my order unless I go inside , the manager was super rude and was the one saying I can’t order at all so I asked I can’t get food they said no … so I go inside and not one hello or have a goodnight or nun horrible customer service , it’s still McDonalds but everywhere else does a relatively good job , always messes up food and cashiers don’t know how to count proper change.
