Sadly, the young girl they had in the counter Today (03/26/2024 around 6:00 PM) was rude and lacked good manners. And she was rude not just to me, but to many people around.It was refreshing that at least a person working inside show kindness.

By far one of the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. One of the drive-thru lanes was not in service, but instead of closing it. They left it open, with no signage stating it was closed. When customers drive up, the employees just ignore them. People who work there are not friendly whatsoever. The food I received was cold. The hamburger buns are hard. Never going there again.

As a curbside order they waited until all cars were out of the drive thru to work on our order. We were there for 25 minutes because they didn’t feel like walking outside we ended up having to pull up to the drive thru to be serviced. By the time we got our food it was cold and gross completely unreasonable.

Maniac MAD

Imagine being called a fast food restaurant yet it takes 20 minutes to deliver your food. Employees where more focused on the drive-through rather then the customer standing at the desk. They also took my bag back mistaking it as a grubhub so my food was cold when I got home to eat. A terrible environment full of workers who don’t take their job seriously. Don’t expect me to spend my money here ever again.

I wish I would have caught the name of the young guy at the drive thru but he couldn't have been more rude if he tried. Basically threw my bag at me when opening the window and then was even more rude when I said I had a Dr Pepper. I'm not "bruh". Like I said I wish I had his name but I will not be returning here.

They were hopefully just having a bad day Friday 2/16 around noon. Service was terribly slow and then after waiting a long time at drive through got the wrong order. Didn't realize it until I gone so had to go back and wait more. Mcdonalds is usually very efficient. Not this one at least that day.Parking and drive thru setup is bad as the lot is badly configured for high volume.

Waited in drive-thru for over 30 minutes and instead of telling me they were out of Shamrock shakes they had me wait 30 minutes until I got to the window so they didn't have it. They offered me a less expensive item to substitute but I only paid for a milkshake. Then I was told they would try to get me a refund, left for a few minutes and finally told me I couldn't even get a refund. Worst drive-thru experience I ever had.

Rarely do I give horrible reviews and it takes quite a bit. This review is probably a continuation from several previous visits to this location. Everytime I've come here, I preorder on the app. Everytime the wait is long, the inform us at the window after paying they don't have shakes. The fries a floppy and cold, the burger is cold, the bun is hard, the soda is flat. They should just remove milkshake from the menu at this location. We are done with this location. On a positive note, the Brooks Ave Chili has improved through the year. I should have gone there initially. My suggestion is to take milkshake off the app is it isn't available. The sad thing is nobody knows how to process a refund after the app payment has been processed. The associate was friendly abs offered me a substitution but not of equal value until I informed her of the large difference in size from a large milkshake to a kiddie milk. This location needs serious work.

This is probably the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Deja, a manager, is very rude and unhelpful. The orders are always wrong somehow...even when the customer has done nothing but ask for help with the app, they will give an attitude and shut the window on you.

Went to the store at 530 pm and the 8 staff members inside had all the doors locked and only the drive thru was open and the line was around the building. Very dissapointed.
