Sometimes you might get what you ordered. Most of the time you will not. Definitely never hot fries and just get the small cause they never fill the med or large.

Keep in mind: this is 5 stars for a mcdonalds. I've been here several times and have never had anything other than stellar service. I've always gotten fresh fries, never redipped. We waited a bit long on my boyfriend's burger and they gave us a free cookie for the wait. A+ mcdonalds.

730 pm 4 cars in line a head of us. 20+ minutes waiting for 2 standard mcdoubles. I believe they had 2 employees in the entire store. If we had known or been given an option, we would not have ordered. The gentlemen working were great. The food was neither fresh nor warm. But I understand they were trying. I could also see there were some customers inside as well. I don't recommend this mickyds.

Waited 30 mins for extras on sandwiches to not be included. guy behind me had a loudspeaker on his truck and asked the person infront of me if they had ordered the whole menu, quite funny.

Some of the worst counter service I've ever had at a McDonalds. Must have caught them in a tough morning. At least I hope so.

My favorite McDonald's. I just left without checking the bag, took the risk, and they came through haha. Food is always fresh. Any sauces, removal of ingredients, extras, anything, they always get. Literally the opposite of any other mcdonalds. Thanks to them I eat here again, I now drive out of my way to get my food from here. Thank you so much :)

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They constantly close earlier than stated. For example , pulled in to the drive thru tonight at 940pm . Sat an the screen for 9 minutes with no response just to have them turn ALL the lights off. Terrible service

They made 1 of 2 doubles cheeseburgers wrong (they were missing onion) and I paid for a large Fri and I got the large box bit only half full. This seems to be normal SOP in Rochester

I need management/corporate to know that whoever was working the cash register at 715am on Thursday 8/24 was awesome. He was quick, personable, and made sure everyone was attended to as soon as he saw them.There was also a girl expediting that was great. She may have been a shift lead?I ordered an iced coffee, which most locations make as mostly cream with a hint of coffee. This was not the case here.Super impressed with these guys, would definitely go out of my way a little to stop at this location.
