I don't understand how this location manages to stay open. Burnt burgers and stale bread, stuff sloppily thrown together, orders constantly wrong, regularly have to wait 20 minutes or longer regardless of whether you use the drive through or go in, even during slow times, managers scream at employees in areas where customers can see and hear.

Don't know what was going on, but it took 15-20 minutes to get a cheeseburger and four nuggets. No drinks or sides. Our order sat in 'Now Serving' (after being in In Progress) for the vast majority of that time. While we were there, from the sounds of it there were at least three orders that were messed up. One of them, they gave the person the wrong/bad order a second time.

It's okay the food isn't always warm when you get it I wish the fries were more warm and the burgers and chicken weren't meh and had more hotness to it instead of being mid cold but it's fast and easy

Always order the quarter pounder and have had several now from this location that were dark pink but finally posting after getting one that's completely raw. Love McDonalds but between the wait times (5 minutes at speaker with no cars in front of us), frequently missing sauces (I'm ok with having to pay, but if I pay it better be in the bag!!), and the undercooked burgers, we won't be back to this location.

I ordered a Big Mac meal, medium size. However, while the fries came in a medium container the amount felt more like a small. The burger was great - a good amount of sauce, lettuce, etc. But the fries are part of that meal, and it didn't seem to get the same amount of attention.

Stopped twice in one week with the kids. First time no one acknowledged us waiting at the register for almost 10min and we left. We decided to give it a second chance today, the self checkout/kiosks were all out of order, the floor was littered with trash, tables filthy, no ketchup dispenser or packets and spilled soda all over the counters. I’ve lived in this area for over 30 years and although service everywhere has been trending downward, I will not be returning. Having worked in fast food as a teen this would not have been acceptable, nor is it now.
