I made an online order when I walked to receive my order the door was locked there was bags on the counter while the door was locked when they opened it ten mins later they tried to hand me the bag that was at the counter with cold food and was upset when I asked them to exchange my fries unacceptable

I'm very upset my baby sister and I waited more than an hour for our food to find stale and old food that looks days old. When I called no answer. Definitely will be calling a manager tomorrow and expecting full refund. Like the bread is so hard it actually makes knocking noises when I tap it on the counter and you see how stiff it is in the picture???

Used the drive through on thanksgiving just to grab something small. The person who took my order was impatient and disrespectful repeatedly and aggressively asking me am I done, and when I told her the last item she said “finally” as if I was an inconvenience to her, then when I got to the window she looked visibly fustrated I didn’t get her name but she was lighter skinned with decrepit braids once I paid her and got my change she slammed the window closed, I watched how she interacted with the customer behind me and she didn’t slam the window so clearly she had a problem with me. I go pick up my food from the last window and I’m greeted with a similar attitude from a another female with neon blue hair this isn’t the expectation you’d expect from just trying to grab food your managers should really speak with your employees on being hospitable and not rude. After that experience I will no support that location anymore. If your employees can’t handle being civil on holidays or any day in that matter get better ones this is disappointing and surely against what McDonald’s expects out of their employees and I will be reporting to ethics as well as corporate regarding my experience

I wanted all the way here. 1 mile, to use my mobile food coupon. They open at 5am, I got there at 8:30am. All the doors are locked!!!!! One person is at the table in a hoodie face covered in the dinning section. Lady in the back of the counter. Both on there phone. I pull both doors and knocked, no one moved. Now my coupon expires , breakfast only. 3 time this year. Really upset

Dining room closed at 12… Slow service at the drive through, no cars in line Got wrong order then told to pull up to get correct order that then took 15 mins to put ketchup mustard and pickles on a burgers. What is going on here, will never return! Where’s the management? Then worker comes out and asks what are you waiting for?! Is this place serious?

It supposed to open at 5:30 am and at 5:50 am I’m still waiting because “they are not ready yet” while 2 employees are talking outside. Very unprofessional, not friendly and have a hard time every time I come here.
I went there with my daughter and one of the cooks was so rude and makeing threats saying he was going to his car for something for me and my 7 year old daughter I would never bring my child there again NOT THE PLACE TO BRING KIDS INSIDE WITH HIM WORKING THERE !!!

Went to this location over the Halloween weekend to try a new chips ahoy drink. My daughter wanted to try make a long story so we ended up buying food which we got a bundle box. Oh my God that location should be closed. The chicken nuggets were ripped apart we don’t know if somebody bit into them or anything. Everything was wrong with the order. They ended up giving us a regular frappe instead of the special sea drink that is being made now tried to call them. I did everything possible they were not using hairnets or the right equipment to prepare food. The store was beyond disgusting fountain drink was not cleaned for days papers from the straw and Atkins everywhere the floor, dirty and tables not wipe down a horror, story and food poisoning to come.
