Terrible service! I came to get some food with my kids in the pouring rain and when I went to the door I saw this sign. I don’t know what’s been going on here but this sign has been up for about a month now. When I asked to come in I had to knock on the window and the Puerto Rican lady clearly saw my kids and I out there but shook her head no to me. I don’t understand why I couldn’t come in when there was another gentleman in there that clearly ordered some food while the guest and staff all laughed at me.

I thought I was coming for a quick snack and ended up stuck in their drive thru for 20 minutes because they stopped taking orders... Got to the window and they handed me the wrong order and looked at me funny when I told them that it wasn't my order. With the rising prices and low level of service I'll be going anywhere

If i could do lower i would. This store sucks so much. I meant to order from monroe. They never put everything in the order when i order from them. They are always missing items, and they always manage to give me the wrong soda. They never give me the dipping sauces when i ask for them. I ordered 3 sauces today. They gave me zero. I hope this location closes down and they all lose their jobs. Its not that hard to work there. I've worked fast food for 4 years. Yeah it can be difficult, but not that difficult. You guys are all terrible at your jobs
