Went for breakfast- they forgot 1 out of 2 hashbrowns- forgot the mild sauce for the breakfast burritos - forgot 1 of 2 burritos and put sausage on a sandwhixh that was specifically folded egg and cheese only… the person can’t eat pork so they couldn’t eat and even if they could have the bagel was BLACK burnt…so burnt you could smell it through the package before it was opened. The one has brown we did get was oil logged like it was sitting in a pool of oil fryer oil . Someone ended up sick from that hash brown alone..puking in the unity parking lot from this McDonald’s. Spent over $20 on food that not even one person got their full order … whoever they have running this place as a shift leader or manager on Saturday morning today needs to be fired for allowing that food go out the window and forgetting half of our order. Unfortunately we had appointments to get to and were unable to go back and make our appointments on time so we pretty much threw $20 out the window. Save yourself and go to a different McDonald’s unless you want to throw up your food and or not receive more than half your order.

We got 1 large chocolate milkshake, 1 large hot chocolate and 1 medium hot chocolate. The total came to $15.00!! That's ridiculous!! The hot chocolate looked like white milk and it had no chocolate flavor! 🤢😡

Manager with blond hair was deciding to stop being nice..lol.i went in for my free big Mac and the last 2 times I was given the choice if i wanted the chicken big mac. Now according to the manager she wasn't going to be nice anymore.lol this place never has there stuff togheter and it's a shame bc sometimes it's really nice bc how close to home it is. But I'll go somewhere else. Thanks for beimg nice those 2 times tho! PS sin says bread is stale and hard edges..wow

Why am I having to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for breakfast at 9:30 am. Then when I get the sausage burritos, they are over microwaved so the ends are crunchy. Jeesh.

Food is as expected, no matter the time of day this has to be the slowest Service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. There’s no sense of urgency. It takes the words fast food right out of the options for that type of restaurant. Better management would make better staff that would make better customer service.

Went for lunch. Bit into my filet o fish sandwich and all this grease poured out the corner and onto my shirt. My fries were soft and rubbery. Not a good experience today.
got two double cheeseburgers and they made one right, but the other came with mayo for some reason, no pickles, no mustard, no onions and the wrong bun?also got two medium fries one was cold the other was hot

Ordered via app for inside pick up. Waited over 10 minutes for my food. The amount of fries in my medium size order was a joke. I don’t recommend this location.
