Wanted to update my past reviews of this location. We had skipped going to this location for a few months. They've gotten rid of the bad managers. And people who are here now have been a total 180. Appreciate the service and checking in with us during our breakfast dine in on 12.13.25, thank you. We hope this pattern continues

Everytime we order our chesse burgers we say PLAIN and they still put everything on it . How hard is it to make a mcdonalds plain burger ?

I absolutely love this McDonald's! The food is great, the employees are always nice and friendly, and especially the deaf gentleman who wipes tables and keeps it spotless inside. He's a great guy, always working with a smile.

One of the worst mcdonalds around and somehow its right in North Greece. Orders usually wrong and they will stand there and argue with you about it even when you show them the receipt, this has happened pretty much every time ive gone there. Also sucks that they dont give you monopoly pieces you are supposed to get with your orders.

I'm rating this mostly for the service. As far as the atmosphere... its mcdonalds. The food is always correct and hot.
The service... this is the only mcdonalds I've been to where it is the normal experience to interact with employees with manners. Who appear to actually enjoy their jobs. They're nice... which in comparison to some other area locations... unheard of.
There are days where the drive thru line wraps around the building. Recently I believe that is due to new hire training but I have no problem waiting 3 or 4 min to not have some kid shove a drink at me, acting like I'm interrupting their day. I get it. It's mcdonalds, I don't have the highest expectations, so it's a nice surprise.

Never seen so many confused employees working in drive thur.
Than had to wait for my coffee because the employees were to busy talking rather than doing thier jobs
I would never recommend any body go to this McDonald's

Went for breakfast- they forgot 1 out of 2 hashbrowns- forgot the mild sauce for the breakfast burritos - forgot 1 of 2 burritos and put sausage on a sandwhixh that was specifically folded egg and cheese only… the person can’t eat pork so they couldn’t eat and even if they could have the bagel was BLACK burnt…so burnt you could smell it through the package before it was opened. The one has brown we did get was oil logged like it was sitting in a pool of oil fryer oil . Someone ended up sick from that hash brown alone..puking in the unity parking lot from this McDonald’s. Spent over $20 on food that not even one person got their full order … whoever they have running this place as a shift leader or manager on Saturday morning today needs to be fired for allowing that food go out the window and forgetting half of our order. Unfortunately we had appointments to get to and were unable to go back and make our appointments on time so we pretty much threw $20 out the window. Save yourself and go to a different McDonald’s unless you want to throw up your food and or not receive more than half your order.
