Literally it’s always shitty service everytime you come, blasting music, fighting, my order is always wrong, half the time they say they aren’t taking orders and they’re extremely unfriendly. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had… hire people with work ethic…

What a POS store. Just sat at the drive thru menu for 6 min with no service. Went to the door , hours posted open, doors locked and employees screwing off in back. No work ethic anymore!

At approximately 1240hrs on December 29th I drove up to the drive-thru and ordered a coffee. There was no one waiting which seemed like a good thing. I figured the order would be fulfilled quickly. After waiting 10+ minutes an unfriendly woman handed my order and quickly walked away. They gave me less coffee and not exactly how I wanted my coffee. They did not seem busy at all. I hate to see this place busy. It was a horrible experience.

This review is about the McRib. Before you read on, please note that 3 stars is actually a good rating for fast food. The McRib is an odd sandwich. It tastes like a pork rib and a hamburger had a baby. It's not pure pork meat. Its kind of like a chicken nugget where the meat is very processed and probably has some filler ingredients. The BBQ sauce is the best part. The onions and pickles pair well with it. I enjoyed the sandwich, but one a year is good enough for me.

Took a while for us to be a knowledged. Everything we said we wanted she was rude and said "Don't have it". Really bad attitude. I didn't appreciate it. She was sitting down at the window on her phone also. Both the ladies I dealt with had really bad attitude and rushed up. We weren't even at the window yet and they already tried to have us pay and hand us our stuff. Not okay.

Omggg the worse Macdonald ever in my life I don’t know what was wrong with the people inside but so rude they have me waiting for 50 minutes. So disappointed in employees they shouldn’t be there they don’t deserve. They act like they are the owner.

You're better off going to the other McDonald's on E. Ridge Rd. At least there you get better service, you don't have homeless sleeping on the sidewalk or homeless begging you/scrounging for food/money. This night crew needs an attitude adjustment. I'm not trying to be a Karen here but they also messed up my order. I really don't care about them messing up my order big deal. What I do care about is how I was treated. From the minute I ordered my food to the minute I got my food. I was given an attitude. I was patient, nice and calm and all I got was attitude.
