I arrived at the store and was waiting 10 minutes for them to take my order. If I don't say no, they will take my order. They won't take it. The bathroom is not available, the dirty soda area.

Make sure you order is right before leaving the first intercom and you will get what you pay for. Like all "mcdonalds" the ice cream machine is down sometimes. It usually works during the day. But the later at night it is, the higher probability, it will be down.

My receipt was wrong. Meal was wrong and when I called to get it fixed they wanted me to return w the food to fix it in bad weather. I said no n the MANAGER on duty.told me to bring receipt that says nothing in n didn't even take down name to fix issue. Horrible service! Place used to be best in area WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?

Don't go to this location, after dark they claim they can't make food because they have to clean starting at 9pm. They move at a snails pace and have terrible attitudes. Cleanliness doesn't exist
Door dashing from here... takes forever for food to come out. It's been 20 minutes. Cookies are still frozen. Employees just stand around talking. Ignoring other customers.

Average McDonald’s food, but I never had a person outshine before. A gentleman at the counter seen our struggle with the kiosk and immediately helped us. They did forget our drink but immediately fixed the issue without a second thought. Even gave my kid a slushie. Unfortunately I did get the man’s name but he was actively at the counter all night. Definitely needs a praise he went beyond what he needed to do.
