It was a bad experience it was three cars in the line and we waited about 20-25 minutes hey when I get my food it was cold the cheese wasn't melted on my fish are my double cheeseburger french fries with cold

I visited this McDonald’s for the first time and overall had a solid experience: the spicy chicken sandwich was crispy, flavorful, and a true standout, and although they accidentally gave me a Dr. Pepper instead of a Diet Coke, I was satisfied. The drive-thru moved smoothly, but the real entertainment came from the street—while I waited I saw a man being arrested by four police cars and spotted a woman dancing provocatively down the block. Despite the unexpected roadside show, the food and service were on point, and I’d highly recommend stopping by—especially for that spicy chicken sandwich.

Terrible service. I had to wait for an hour to get my food. My wife made an order through the app (on 8/16/25) and I was told to pull in to one of the stalls. After 15 minutes I went in to see what was going on. No one was taking orders up front and it was another 15 minutes before anyone talked to me. I had to show 3 different people what I had ordered just to find out that it was already handed out to the wrong customer. I then waited for another 30 minutes while they remade my food and even then they still forgot our kids meal. The entire time that I was waiting for my food there was yelling and cussing from the employees. This isn't even the first time I have had a terrible experience at this location. Another time I was told to go inside from the person working drive through. The person inside asked why I went in for a mobile drive through order and told her the person on drive through told me to. As I looked outside people were going through the drive through after I had just been told to go in. Because I went in I had to wait for them to get to me while they focused on drive through orders. I get McD's sucks to work at for most (I did 22 years ago) but the attitude of this place would not fly back then. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We are never ordering from this location again.

The food is ALWAYS terrible!! The fries are always cold and hard. The sandwiches are always dried out! The employee always act as if your bothering them or they don't want to be there...it's really sad
