Worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. Nobody at the front desk to take orders. Literally waited 30 minutes for no reason. Staff all fighting with each-other and I genuinely felt unsafe here.

Everytime we come here the customer service sucks. The workers all sound like they hate their job and are never nice to customers. They also mess up the orders every single time.

Everytime that ive been here it takes forever for the food to come out regardless of drive through or inside or if they’re busy or not its always super slow and alot of the time i see rhe employess screwing around and not doing their jobs, just ridiculous honestley.

The people that work here are literally slow. The manager's never here.
There was only 1 car ahead of me and no cars behind me when I ordered a 6 piece Chicken nuggets. The lady was very nice but instead of nuggets I got fries. I was in such a rush getting home that I didn't look to check my bag. I'm just upset because if there was no cars behind me who's fries did I get? And why was it so hard to give me the right order if it was just one thing.? Just make sure to always check the food before leaving .

My order was wrong, ordered 2 quarter pounders w/cheese and was given 2 cheeseburgers instead. Also there was no receipt attached to the bag. If the employees there would focus more on what they doing,and less on going out to smoke weed,maybe they would get orders right.This store is a joke!!8

One of the most consistent McDonalds in the Rochester area. If you go during lunch/dinner rush you may need to wait a bit but staff is always friendly and efficient, food is typically fresh. It is fast food after all and things may sit for a bit but 99% of the time everything seems fresh so I still go out of my way to hit up this store if I'm craving a McDonald's breakfast
