My breakfast sandwich was a bit soggy but overall the food was great. They was very quick despite being busy and had me get to the bus stop on time. Also they care about the cleanliness of the place too. (I saw two people with mops, one was mopping the lobby floors while the other one was mopping the kitchen floors). Great location during breakfast time

20 ppl working and orders taking forever to come out. I ordered at 1:30 and it was 1:54 when I asked about my order and they looked at me like THEY were inconvenienced. Never again. They could learn from the pittsford one or even the one on east Ave. I get to the car and the order is wrong. I got back in and no apologies. Just handed a bag

Accepted online order. Got there and then wouldn't answer drive thru. Went to window and said they were closed.
This place needs different employees. They can't even get a simple order right. The fries are terrible and the service is slow. We keep trying thinking it was just a one time thing, but they continue to disappoint to the point where it's time to just stop going there until something changes.

They left me in the reserve space waiting for my food for 20 minutes. I had to go in and get it myself and and asked somebody to hand it to me. This McDonald's has 20 people working behind the counter and not one of them knows what the hell's going on

Orders wrong always and they accuse you of lying about it a joke. How is there 20 employees working take longer then a sit down restaurant no wonder McDonald's is losing business. Should have cooked my own food I know better.

Why won't google let us give 0 stars?! Go to any other McDonald's possible. Poor management. Terrible customer service. Refused to correct an issue or give the products paid for. Wasn't worth the fight that management was clearly going to put up for no reason...

I went to McDonald's earlier in the week and was told there was no Coke so we ordered Sprite. Went two days later and I ordered Coke and was not given that information, when we got home we had diet Coke. Three days later ordered Coke, again got home to find we had diet Coke. Tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone. If I was told there was no Coke I would have opted for sprite. Some people just do not like diet beverages and I'm one of them. I only was able to take a couple of sips and had to finish my meal with water.

Just so you know. The manager working at the location of 1571 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621 on January 24 2025 at exact 932pm eastern time look into the phone call i made at 932pm et. I told her how it was the seventh time i order big orders for my kids and chicken Nuggets and they never never put any sauces in it. Her response? Honey it was the driver. I told her love being nice still you guys seal this bag her answered was im too busy for this call in the morning. I was shocked and disappointed. So i told her, you don't have time to address my concern? What kind of manager are you? She hung up on me. I proceeded to call she picked up knew it was me and left the phone on without saying a word all i could hear was the background noise. Then the phone was busy because she probably didnt want noone to call. This is unacceptable and im writing corporate and sending my recorded call to the news. So she can hear the embarrasment and how i was treated.

I watched a man have to bag his own meal, I personally have never seen any fast food place do that… usually it’s bagged for you. I thought it was crazy and the wait time for a uber eats order was crazy, nobody spoke to me the entire time I stood there and when I went to speak the employees just walked away lol.
