This McDonald's is like a roller coaster. Up and down. Surprised to say, caught them on an upswing. Bet on the fact, if you drive through, it will be a long wait. Go inside and get it to go. At least when 9 people standing waiting sinks in. They wake up.
Hundred cars in lot, no issue. Previous visits, had to park car, wait and then go in. Likely tied to turnover issues. Keep trucking!

That’s it I’m done with this place!! The location has been horrible for a historically very long time. The people that they hire here are very unprofessional loud, obnoxious and rude at times. There’s times that you can literally Hear them arguing back-and-forth instead of taking care of customers who are waiting. Also it doesn’t matter what I order it can be the most simplest thing and they still managed somehow to get it wrong 98% of the time, Maybe once in a blue moon, I get a correct order and my food is actually fresh and not reheated. Clearly this isn’t an isolated issue the same exact things has been going on for years at this located why isn’t the owners doing anything about. I’m definitely no longer going to this location and will avoid any Location owned by this franchisee if I can help it.

I stopped by this McDonald this afternoon and I wanted to give a shoutout to Zenay (not sure if I spelled it correctly). She went above and beyond to meeting my requests while she was busy making the fries and running to the back to look for what I was asking for, meanwhile one of her coworkers was being unfriendly towards my requests. Thank you Zenay for your amazing customer service!!!

Food took forever, arrived cold, and part of my order was wrong and had to be remade twice. Ultimately had to spend 19 minutes after paying to grt my food and was made late to work.
