Ordered on mobile. Went to pick up. Was asked to wait at the second window for my order. Not sure what I waited for, there's no fish on my filet o'fish sandwich. I guess I waited for disappointment. Go literally anywhere else.

Come to this location often because I work close by. Came here 1/21/25 , paid for my order with a card . I should have known something was up because the girl at the window put my card down there was another girl taking a picture of my card 🙄 I said nah she didn't do that .. yes she did that and paid everybody's cricket phone bill oh and got some gas smfh .. I work hard for my money just to be rob while trying to support this business.. it took everything in me not to pull up there and get crazy ... watch your card especially if you see to people in the drive thu window

Hard to get McDonald's wrong, but this place found a way to do it. I've been there three times, and only left with my food one of those times (the order was wrong).

I could not imagine how these employees might handle actual responsibility and accountability.

This location has the worst service. I waited 50 min for a cheeseburger and a mchicken. The big kid was lost walking around cheesing not knowing what the hell he was doing. Whoever runs this location needs to get fired for not correctly doing their job. Thumbs up for sucking. Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever received. After waiting 50 min you would think they would offer a refund for waiting but nope great service keep it up

I will NOT be coming back to this location. Hearing an employee say, "She's going to get extra spit," is more than enough reason for me to stay away. As someone who works as management in retail, I understand people can be difficult, but saying something like that, especially in front of customers is not ok, and the fact that she laughed about it to the customer at register to try and make it seem normal makes me think she might actually spit in drinks. She was white with graying hair and wearing glasses. This happened around 9:10 a.m., Nov 1st, in case management would like to speak with her about professionalism in the workplace.

Came to the door @7 am...locked....asked manager @ dt window she refused to even talk about it,closed the
Window and walked away.All i wanted was a couple sandwiches before work.Extremely rude...upon seeing other reviews from past months...whomever owns this franchise doesnt give damn....hire ghetto get ghetto i guess.Imo find a better location

Mid evening, dining area was closed,drive thru operating with one lane,cars lined to the street. As I approached the window seem as though they were very short staffed!!! Even though the working conditions were challenging and stressful,the employees were very nice. Food
