Tried to go through Drive-Thru on Sunday at 10pm and they said they only do mobile orders and don’t do drive through orders. Then what’s the point of being open. Might as well close up and turn off the lights. Waste of time!

This McDonald’s never gets the order right. Even simple drink orders are made wrong-such as ordering a coke but getting a Doctor Pepper(which has happened more than once). Ordering any size other than a small fry is pointless because you will get the same amount as a small in a medium or large container. Burgers are always cold and flattened like they were pushed down before wrapped. Management doesn’t care when you call, they just offer you a voucherr for the next time you come but you can tell that they don’t care about the complaint. It is a waste of time and money to go to this McDonald’s location when there is another one 10 minutes down the road.

Nikia the general manager and whatever other manager was on shift are extremely rude and lack customer service skills. Why is it that they cannot fulfill a simple request and when you ask they get super rude and in helpful, I feel as if this location should be closed or taken under better management- don’t go to this location unless you feel in the mood to argue !
The Night shift supervisor she is a lady, rude ash with every customer she talks in a tone which looks like they forcing her to work and she is ready to fight, food is always cold instructions are never followed

The Night shift Manager is way way rude I was with my kids and the window for my car was down, she yells i asked here what u said, she yells again on me and said i dint yell on u, i backup to window for receiving my order, again she came to the window handover the drink to me she said pull to the pool wait for rest of ur order, i politely asked could u please put some ketchup she again behave very rude and said whatttt ??? I said ketchup please she said i heard, okay ! When u heard then why u asked again when u asked then why this way. I was really not expecting this from Even she keeps me waited for almost 4 to 5 minutes and she serve other customer same items latterly send my orders, which was really bad coz my kids are still asking me why that lady yells on you ……. Please avoid this place the they really not take action to teach how to behave with customers than to serve them good quality food?
