Food was great and fresh but when you get charged for extra topping or a specific topping I expect to get what I'm paying for that's all. Some employees need attitude adjustment or more personality ?.

this is a better McDonalds compared to the one on ridge rd at least the have someone to take your order here but keep in mind she does very old and can not read so be slow with her?

Ordered three Egg McMuffins with cheese, received three epic Muffins with sausage, also ordered three hash browns never got those, although we were not charged for them. This is only the third time in the last year that I've stopped off at the North Clinton McDonald's. And I do have to say it is the worst McDonald's I've ever stepped foot into. Why they are still in business at that location I will never know. The last time I went there the food was ice cold and I waited 45 minutes to get that. Very disappointed McDonald's used to be held to higher standard.

They messed up our order I wanted a big Mac so they gave me a fish sandwich but it wasn't a fish sandwich instead it was a chicken sandwich come on people

I walked up to the counter where I wasn't greeted and watched some kid stare off into the abyss. It took him a minute before he told me he was waiting for someone to unlock her card. So, I can't order because someone is on the phone trying to unlock their card? I wanted to pay cash so I couldn't use the stupid kiosks. Anyway, poor kid just sat there, no help from management, in fact the blonde manager just went outside and smoked a cigarette. Meanwhile, there were 3 people at the counter with messed up orders and wanting simple stuff like ketchup. I left, what a disaster.

I miss this McDonalds. I used to live by this one, now the closest one to me is the one by the Lyell and mt read intersection. The Lyell one sucks, it’s slow as hell, and all the meat is dry and feels old. At this location everything is as it should be.

Can't ever get an order right or the burger tastes like it was made 2 weeks ago. My son is picky and he didn't get his fries. I've gotten the wrong order 4x in a row. Never going back
