Definitely one of the best Spanish places in Rochester. I love their spicy jerk chicken, plantains, and yellow rice. It’s seasoned to perfection and the flavors just dance on your tongue. Plus they are generous with the portions. Check them out!!

We really enjoyed the experience all together. The food was amazing and affordable. It was very clean and warm dining in the lobby. Great music, great food, great customer service....Just a great vibe on a Friday afternoon lunch date with Bae!

Authentic Spanish cuisine with some Caribbean elements. Man I love their food. So unique. You truly cannot make this stuff at home. They take great pride in sanitation, the owners run two restaurants and keep them both very clean.

I had a delicious take-away lunch from Me Gusta the other day - a smothered pork chop with peppers and onions, fried sweet plantains, and rice and beans. I was impressed with the portion size and the variety of offerings, as well as the ability to walk up to the counter and have my order filled immediately. I took the food home and split it with my husband - we couldn't even eat it all and ended up saving about half the pork chop and most of the rice for another meal. All together the one plate ended up yielding 4 portions for us!Food taste and quality was great - pork chop was moist, flavor was good but not too salty; beans and rice were tasty and not too salty; fried sweet plantains were excellent - sweet and sticky and not too oily. We really enjoyed all of it. Me Gusta seems to offer 3 or 4 meat options per day (on the day I visited they had chicken, meat balls, the pork chop and some other kind of beef), served with your choice of yellow or white rice, beans on the rice if you want, and you can add sides, like fried tostones (unsweet plantains) or fried sweet plantains or extra vegetables. They also have desserts!Couple final notes:-- Me Gusta is a food kiosk inside the Mercantile on Main, which is a new food court/food incubator in the old Sibley's building on Main Street - their food is prepared and ready to serve, but unlike 'fast food' it really tastes like home cooking!-- There is street parking on Main in front of the building as well as in the Parcel 5 area across the street. Note that the parking is metered

Excellent quick service Spanish food. I enjoy the cafeteria feel. Lots of light and tons of seating. The empanada was a reasonably priced add on and was decent. However the meatballs with yellow rice was insanely good and I would have a hard time not ordering it again because of how great it was. Fun selection of Spanish native drinks to choose from as well.

One of the few places in the Rochester area with authentic Latin food. The food is seasoned to perfection and don’t get me started on the maduros. Great place with even greater people. I will most definitely be back!

Just had lunch here today. Had the flank steak with yellow rice and sweet plantains. The food was absolutely delicious! Very well cooked and seasoned. The woman at the counter was very nice also. I will definitely go back again.
