The donuts are good but customer service sucks . Not sure of the Asian girls name but she never smiles and has a bad attitude. Will not be coming here again :)

Neeshi, I'm sure I spelled her name wrong, customer survive was amazing, she needs a raise.

Really no need to review Mochinut, the yummiest treat in my book 🤣🥰😋

Came here yesterday. A nice quiet spot with good snacks. Honestly found the Korean corn dog and mochi donuts a little too oily for my taste, but the texture was great. Also was hoping to get my drink in a can like the photos but I didn't know if I had to ask for that or what but it's alright. But thinking back on it, I think the ube tasted a lot more like taro and those are two different root crops, but don't take my word for it. I'm a taro girl through and through, maybe I just haven't dignified my pallet. I guess what I'm trying to say is I expected a little more. Though it was a nice spot to hangout for a while and read as it wasn't busy.

Love mochi donuts and the churros and the Vietnamese coffee were great. The pebbles one was hard though, like solid hard.

I am a regular at Mochinut on Mount Hope Avenue in Rochester with my 12 year old daughter, and we absolutely love this place. The donuts are incredibly delicious, soft, chewy, and full of flavor. Honestly, they are addictive and I say that as a positive warning. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It has become a special spot for us to enjoy a sweet treat together. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and truly tasty donut experience.

There was a solid month where I was obsessed with the Mochinuts. They have so many flavors and they're really good. The only thing I haven't liked are the wings, last time I got them they were greasy? I felt sick afterwards like when you eat too much junk food. Otherwise everything else is good (lemonade too!)

This is the cutest shop with the most delicious mochi donuts! We had the tiramisu, mango, and s'more donuts. They were so tasty. We had a nice time in the chill atmosphere. Our server was sweet and helpful (did not get a name, brown curly hair). Thanks!

All of the food here, we had multiple kinds of donuts and rice dogs, were super oily and clearly soaked up way too much oil from being cooked at too low a temp. It also tasted like old oil. Kinda pissed we spent so much money there since the donuts are crazy expensive.

Whoever was working on Friday afternoon, put them in charge of all music, every day. Vibes were great with a mix of Kpop, indie, and more. 10/10

Beware of this place!!! They clearly do not check their food for things like worms (parasites). I ordered a fish and chips meal and found these worms in the fish. I was shocked to see them in my meal as I’ve never had this happen before. Thank God I saw them and got my money back. But absolutely do not order any fish here. Who knows what else is unsanitary and unclean there!!!!!

Love the casual atmosphere, and the food is both cheap and good. I usually stop here whenever I'm in the area.
