Not worth the money very rude service
We went to this restaurant tonight for my son’s 7th birthday, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk (who also takes orders and payments) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She acted annoyed by us, spoke in a very unfriendly way, and set a negative tone right from the start.
I ordered the unlimited buffet for myself and one of my daughters. My husband and younger kids ordered separately from the menu. While waiting for our food, my 10-year-old daughter asked me if she could have one piece of my sushi, and I gave it to her. The front desk lady saw this and loudly confronted me in front of everyone, saying that my daughter didn’t pay for all-you-can-eat so she couldn’t have any. I told her “okay” and tried to move on, but she wouldn’t drop it. She kept repeating herself, making us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers.
Later, after I had finished my meal, she again confronted me over something as small as a donut. I was too full to eat dessert, so I simply asked if I could take the donut home. She got upset and went on and on about the rules of the buffet. I wasn’t trying to take food home other than that one dessert, but she made a huge scene about it.
This woman completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my son. Instead of enjoying our time together, we were made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. To make things worse, at the end she even complained about not receiving a tip — after being incredibly rude the entire night.
I will never return here, and I’ll make sure to tell friends, family, and neighbors about this awful experience. No one should be treated this way at a restaurant, especially when celebrating a special occasion.
We went here tonight for my son’s 7th birthday, and this place was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the second we walked in, the older woman at the front desk was beyond rude. She had the nastiest attitude, acted like we were bothering her, and treated us with zero respect. She was uninviting, unprofessional, and just plain mean.
I ordered the buffet for myself and one of my daughters. My husband and the younger kids ordered from the menu. While waiting for food, my 10-year-old asked for ONE piece of my sushi. I paid for the buffet — so yes, I gave her one. This miserable woman saw it and immediately started loudly scolding me in front of everyone, like I was stealing food. I told her “okay” to shut it down, but she wouldn’t stop. She went on and on, embarrassing us in front of the entire restaurant. Over ONE sushi.
If that wasn’t enough, at the end she actually picked a fight with me over a single donut. I was too full to eat it right then and simply asked if I could take it with me. Instead of just saying no, she made a huge dramatic scene, lecturing me nonstop about buffet rules. All this over a stupid donut. She completely ruined my son’s birthday dinner.
And the final insult? After treating us like garbage all night, she had the nerve to complain about not getting a tip. Who in their right mind tips someone who ruins their family’s birthday dinner?
This woman has no business working with customers. She is rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. We left upset, humiliated, and disgusted. I will NEVER come back here and will make sure to tell everyone I know — family, friends, neighbors — to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money here.
Surprised this place isnt packed the food is absolutely delicious it can be a bit pricey but in my opinion it's worth it. Ive experienced mochinut 3 times so far and its been great.
We went there for the cool cans that our boba drinks gets put in, but sadly they did not come in these cans. When I asked why the boba was not in the cans they said they were out, but if people came in and said they were taking pictures they would put them in the can. That really bummed me out. The Korean corn dogs were some of the better ones I have had which was a redemption. The donuts were nice, fluffy and crispy on the outside. Just really disappointed with the double standard on the can cups. Really should treat everyone like they are going to take a picture, especially when you have picture worthy containers.
Super clean inside, the staff are very friendly and the food is great! Super fresh and hot, and very delicious!
The rice hotdogs don't have enough on em as in more oil than chips and the Oreo cookie on the donut was stale. If they freshen things up maybe a 4.5 because mostly all the tables had crumbs there.
Had a variety of doughnuts. Tried three flavors. Good, not too sweet
So i come here when im visiting around the area & a couple days ago was the second time i came. The first time i ever went the lady who’s an older lady im not sure if she’s the owner or not but she was so rude to me & my sisters. as it being our first time we asked her questions about the items & her response was with an attitude so we brushed it off & ordered. a couple days ago we returned & my sister asked if a hotdog corn dog came with cheese & the lady’s response was “no these are the 3 so pick from there” so we kept our cool & i asked if it was possible to keep the cheese on & add the full hot dog & she told me no & pointed at the screen. so we just chose half & half & went along to sit down. she’s never nice, never got a smile, never welcoming, she’s just there & rude. the items are great but the customer service isn’t worth to keep going.
Came in today and the lady at the counter wasn’t the friendliest. No smile, no enthusiasm and quite curt with her responses when I had questions about the drinks. The setup in there is kinda cute though. The donuts look great and I will be going back to try some another day but I wont be ordering the boba again. Presentation is very cute but it’s one of the most disgustingly sweet drinks I’ve had. Everything is pre mixed. You do not have the option for dairy free milk or lowering the sugar level. It’s a very cheap and lazy way to do things. All the drinks were made and put back into old gallons of milk. I’m also very annoyed this lady shook my ube brown sugar milk tea! Shaking it makes the drink even sweeter, it’s gross and it looks ugly after you do it! Leave it as is and don’t flip it. You should ask!

The donuts are incredible! The nutella, cookies and cream, and the pistachio were especially yummy. I was very excited to try their version of corn dogs. The hot dog was great with the slightly sweet batter. The whole mozzarella version was a bit much for me on its own, so I recommend doing the half and half to get the full experience.
lady at the register messed up my door dash pick up order then had an attitude about it and i asked her what sauce would she recommend and she said she don’t know depends on the people with the nastiest attitude. i told her just because she messed up an order doesn’t give her the right to be rude never coming back!!
Good was good, only thing is I love to dip my food and wish I had more options to dip the corn dogs in, maybe ranch or a spicy savory sauce
