Moe's used to have a great Monday deal that included any type of burrito, chips and a drink for around $11 with tax! I made it a habit to go to Moe's on Mondays whenever I was in the area . The current Monday deal is limited to ground beef burrito and does not include a drink anymore. I understand cost is an issue, but the downgrade is significant. Not really much of a deal anymore. Better deals being offered at Wendy's and many other places. Also the parking at the Mount Hope location is very hit or miss! After looping the block this monday, I went to Salvatore's instead.

I ordered a white meat chicken bowl at Pittsford. Couldn't even eat it. Chicken was charred, burned, dry and not edible. Chips were overcooked, greasy and rubbery.Horrible!

This is the worst Moe's in Rochester. The service is like no one was ever trained so the manager has to micromanage everything. One girl didn't know she could grab a fresh container of rice instead asked me if half a scoop was enough.
I had a chicken burrito it was so big and good I had enough to share with my daughters

This was my first time trying and ordering from Moes. I ordered through their website with NO third party app (Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) and the food did NOT come. I tried contacting the driver who dropped the food, got ZERO response. I decided to call Moe's and they kept telling me to give it 10-15 mins, which I actually gave it 30 mins. I asked to get a refund but they refused because they stated I needed to talk to the manager, when I could clearly hear the worker on the phone speaking to the manager himself. They kept telling me they would call me when their free and ready but overall was very dismissive. Also they close in one hour. Overall horrible customer service, unprofessional experience and truly did not feel supported at all by this team. It seemed like the manager did not want to discuss this issue or have to issue the refund which shows lack of character and responsibility.
