I have always loved moe's over chipotle but the henrietta location has really gone down hill. The food was not fresh. Crusty on the outside like it had been sitting and not stirred for a while. And the place was dirty; from the floors to the seats and especially the bathroom. It absolutely had not been cleaned in days if not weeks. I'm sorry to say that I will not be back.

First, I never leave bad reviews. This started w the kid who had his hood over his head. I was the only one standing at the counter and he ignored me for about 5 minutes. I almost left. Then he mutters under his breath “what do you want”. I tell him and he just flings all the stuff together like he could care less. Pretty rude. This location has really gone down hill.

I was planning on dining in but upon getting to Moe’s I learned that the heater was broken and the whole restaurant is about 45°. The food and service were great and the staff is always friendly but it is literally uncomfortable just standing there waiting for your food because it’s so unbelievably cold inside during the winter.
The gentleman who made my bowl was extremely rude & acted like he coming in at 8 PM was a problem. All the tables were dirty and there was no silverware out. The cashier was nice.

Stopped in a little before 6, so should be prime dinner hours. No “welcome to Moe’s” and it was freezing inside. Husband ordered a homewrecker and we could barely hear the man making the burrito. The amounts of the food in it have drastically dropped off since the last time we went to a Moe’s. Most of the staff seems to be off in their own little worlds to the point that they didn’t even charge us for our drinks. We never saw anyone checking tables or garbages or anything like that even though there was only one party that came in behind us. My husband went to use the bathroom and came out stating they were nasty enough to be almost unusable. I didn’t check the ladies room as I assume it will be just as bad. Overall, we won’t be returning to this location at any time in the foreseeable future.

showed up to pickup my uber eats order… they said they were having technical difficulties n never received it. well somehow they were able to charge me twice tho. interesting. 100$ for 50$ of crapplily made food. everytime i call to get the 50$ the app/ they stole from me, they say the manager isn’t there. also, they take no pride in makin ur food . no customer service skills whatsoever. another classic case of some rich person probably owning a moe’s but just hiring anyone to run it. foods terrible and inconsistent . go elsewhere.
